I was looking at my bank account and see that you have debited 31.28 from my account. How did you get my account information, and my banks name. I did not open an account with you and I want my money returned to my account. If you are in the business of helping people with identy theft what about account theft. That is what you just did to me. I did not give you or anyone else with your company to go into my bank account. Return my money now. The bank has filed a account theft on my behalf, to recover my money.
And when my money has been returned by you take my name out of your data base. And do not contact me no more.

Breyers Ice Cream executives can't add because 1.5L is not 1/2 gallon... 1.89L is 1/2 gallon. So they are screwing the consumer out of honest value for the money, just like the oil companies! I won't buy this product if they give it to me free of charge... they lost a good customer... they can stick this on their profit margins... morons!... and its only ice cream! I purchased to (2) tickets to Jersey Boys at the Kravis Center 3/27/10
at a price of $131.00 each shipping and tax totalled $325.48.
When the tickets arrived the price on the ticket was $65 + 11.25.
I called Its Showtime, Inc. (203)869-4892 - Michael who said there was nothing they could do except email Ticket Network. I called
Ticket Network with negative results. I have been scammed in the amount of $170.90 - more than the total cost of two (2) tickets.
Could some one please help me and do something about this company.

I wanted to get a DSI as a gift, so three and a half weeks early I ordered it from www.powerkik.com. They offered free 7 day shipping. Well I payed through many checking account, but was not told there would be a 7 day hold before sending it. I only found out after I went back to their website wondering why I never got it.
You can't talk to a real person at this company either. Everything this done over email, which they are slow to answer. There is a number to call but it goes directly to mailbox. I have left many messages (more... read full review »

DR HORTON has been an absolute nightmare for my family. Imagine this, we moved into our so called new home in July 2004. We thought it was a great price for the size but we did not know any better. On our 30 day warranty, our hardwood floors started to rise off of the floor do to moisture. We were told that there was no moisture. Well one month later black mould appeared in the same area. Northwest employment service is always eager to take money for a referral, but they do not fulfill the deal. They took 185.00 from me for a job referral, but i never heard anything from the acual employer. Im thinking they promise many people the same job, and demand 185.00 cash up front, and do not deliver. There must be a way to find out who the employer is without having to give NORTHWEST EMPLOYMENT any money. Does anybody know how to do that? let me know please. I've been buying only Big O tires for years, but a new policy cost me $120 to replace a tire that should have been free under what I thought was their warranty.
What happened: Major blowout on the freeway, shattering 1/3 of the sidewall and splitting 1/2 the tire from the tread. Changed to spare, brought it in to Big O the next day and asked, "What can you do?" they said, "You're under warranty, free replacement" and sent me to a neighboring Big O that had the tire in stock. This service repair shop is the worst! I thought that by taking it to a dealer repair shop I would at least have peace of mind but I was wrong. I brought my car in for an oil change and they called me saying I needed $1200 worth of work. I had just had a 15K mile scheduled maintenance 3K miles ago and somehow they didn't spot the problem they said I now have, and the warranty was up which meant I had to pay for it this time.

My son purchased a vehicle on July 19, 2010 form a private owner. That owner had the A/C serviced by Sun Devil on July 10, 2010 The A/C stopped working on July 30, 2010 so my son brought it back to Sun Devil for repair. He had a copy of the receipt from the previous owner which stated a 90 Warranty on the work. They would not honor the warrenty since the vehicle had changed owners. Obviously they do not stand by their work or warrantly. Very poor business practice. I would recommend they not be used for an Auto Services. read full review »

One hand does not know what the other is doing thats for sure, they told me i had to get a prescription. I had my doctor send in a fax to get a small breathing tank. I called the next day they said they never got the fax I called my doctor they said theyd fax it and they did i called Apria the next day and they said they hadnt gotten anything but when the guy got there to deliver the tanks he just gave me the pulse top. This commercial aimed at helping people sell inventions to companies runs about 25 times an hour 24/7. It can't be escaped. The funny thing is is that the spokesman even advises the listener that most inventions are failures. Two points for honesty. I purchased this timeshare and signed a quitclaim deed as trade-in towards purchase price. The following January, I received billing for the maintenance fees for the old timeshare which I had signed the quitclaim deed for. I called the company and they told me that several people had been done 'that way' but that I still owned the old timeshare due to Festiva not recording the quitclaim with Horry County courthouse.

Service is horrible.
when a customer signs up ...a lot is promised and graduaaly rules change ...I signed up for a yearly contract and no i am suffering as there is no home delivery which was promised earlier.its been a month and most moviesI have watched, I have to go to their store to pick up physically.As i am bound by their yearly contract I am at a loss ...unless I take them to the consumer court.Despite complaints no one gets back to me and solves the issue...all that is done over and over again is that the complaint is recorded .I would not recommend it to anyone and after my yenure is over will never go for this service again. read full review »

Please understand that I am not a disgruntled employee. In fact, as an employee they treated me okay. But the bottom line is, my integrity was challenged on a daily basis as I saw students come through who should have never been enrolled in school.

i have accessed one or two sites when i was home on leave from iraq from may 25th to june 10th of 2007
now its nearly april 08 and im getting charged on over 15 web addressed im not logging into, ive called to cancle them, was told they were cancled but still getting charged and a few sites i was not aware of. this adds up, and me being in iraq where this isnt even noticed until i look at a bank statement 10 months later.

My mother and I went to the year end sale of Swarovski to buy some crystals. As there was a big queue of customers waiting outside we were only allowed to shop for 15 minutes. Stay away from Red Roof Inn. Particularly the one in Williamsburg, Virginia.
We went for a vacation and checked out a day early. The bill was $247 and charged to a credit card for that amount. When I received the credit card bill, the amount billed by Red Roof Inn was $308.
The corporate office refused to correct the charge saying it was the business of the franchise owner in Williamsburg. The Williamsburg Red Roof Inn refused to return phone calls. It's now in dispute with the credit card company.

I did an application with them a few years ago, after graduating from college, but have no interest in renewing it now. In the email they sent, they asked me to update my details & re-upload a photo, now it appears that I was mislead and in updating my details they renewed my subscription. I was injured on the job working for a large photography studio. Gallagher Bassett refused to pay any bills or pay for health care I needed for a herniated disc in my back. Now after 2 years of no help from the company I settled for next to nothing with the company and now I just had surgery and am partially paralyzed in my leg and tremendous back pain because of lack of cooperation of gallagher bassett and a nationwide large photography company. Have had a personal loan with capital one for 60 months, the final payment was due 1/3/09, I called their auto telephone to see what the status of my account was, it did not match my records, so I called their customer service line and wow, what a mess, first of all no one I talked to could speak english, I had had my payment automaticly deducted from my bank for 59 months, no problems, I asked why my last payment was not taken from my bank and I was told I had to mail the final payment in as a letter had been sent to me. I got Riddex plus to get rid of bugs in my apartment, 2 months now and the bugs are still around. Now I have to smell the fumes of the spray. A company should not be allowed to sell a product without science proof about their claims. Instead of paid off statements from who knows who. I went to the site I paid to get the product to file a claim, there is no where to file one, tried to complain about this product to the 1-800 number I am told this number is for only ordering the product.
