The product is very cute but the customer service at the franchisees (at least at Far Hills, NJ) and at the corporate office have had us tell them NOT TO DELIVER TO US! I was at the Vitamin Shoppe, in Brooklyn on Court street. I was thinking of buying a box of #10-sugerless gum, which sold for $24.90. I looked at the same item (one package) priced at $1.79. I am seriously disgusted with this company. WFF starts to make back to back phone calls starting the 2nd day after your car payment is due. To anyone who is considering buying a car at CARMAX, I would think a 100 times before buying through them! Here are the REASONS why: I bought my car 15 months ago at CARMAX located in Dulles VA. If you have a 2000 Buick Lesabre, please pay close attention, this could affect you. There is a manufacturing defect with the electrical system for this car that involves 1 or more of the sensors and causes a short. What it does is, it tends to make the car stall out and die. I ordered fabric from Jo-Ann via amazon.com and three weeks later, with no contact between then, they cancelled/refunded the fabric and claimed it was "out of stock". Lo and behold, it is in stock, but for a higher price. That is completely illegal, aka bait and switch. I had bought 12 yards of fabric for 1.99/yd, and it shows in stock now for 5.99/yd. I ordered an expensive lamp from them. When we unpacked it, the base was damaged and the cover for the hole from which the cord exits was loose. This is a safety hazard as the cord can rub on the metal edges and be damaged, an issue with children in the house. I sent photos and notified them right away. Be aware that if something is damaged, they expect you to pay to return it, and charge you a restocking fee.
