I had the worst customer service experience with Charlotte Russe yesterday.
First of all, I placed my first online order about a week ago on CharlotteRusse.com, only to avoid shopping in-store (some of the sales associates are quite rude). When I got to the check-out page, it says use any Charlotte Russe Gift Card(s) first, then enter in your debit/credit card to pay the remaining. Well, I used a couple of gift cards that had about $5 on them each, and paid the remaining $37 or so with my visa.

I ordered a camera from Camerabox and it arrived, no problems.
However - now( several months later) there has been FRAUD on my credit card. I am 99% sure that this company is responsible as it is the only purchase I have made from a retailer that I had not heard of previously. I normally only order from high street retailers.
On doing a Google Search on "Camerabox fraud" I find I am not alone.

I would like to start of by saying I was a huge fan of Armondo but after this I will never support anything he does. My wife purchased the Flip and Grow Rich book for me as a Christmas gift. The people working for Armondo kept calling prior to Christmas trying to get the confirmation my wife would sign up for the Free?? 30 day trial of the help line.

we bought a pack of huggies dry comfort nappies, when we opened the pack there were no valcro stripps on the nappies, they sent me a voucher for new nappies, I went to get a new pack of nappies and for the second time all the nappies again had no stripp on I complained again and they said they are going to send me another voucher, but it is not good enough. I stayed at a quality in where the halls were dirty, rooms to maintenance were open and visible, the pool was dirty, little to poor maintenance visible in pool area, the breakfast area was poorly staffed, not clean, and overall just sub standard for close to $100 per night. I have had the worst experience for Service levels with APC in Bangalore. I urge everybody not to buy APC products, just because of the Service apathy. It takes them 3-6 weeks to attend to any complaint, that too after numerous reminders & requests. Imagine a person who has bought a UPS which fails & then it takes 6 weeks to get it right again...if that’s what UPS stands for...Uninterrupted Power Supply then APC should stand for "American Powers Chors"...

As has been noted by others, Holiday Inn's reservation policy is not friendly to business travelers. Despite attempting to cancel my reservation well in advance they refused to let me do so. Not only that but the customer service person was rude. Eventually a manager promised I could move my reservation to a later time with the hope that another employee of my company could use it. Now, of course, that employee is told by the Holiday Inn that he can't use the reservation.

On June 8, 2007 I placed an order for an expedited certified copy of a Birth Certificate for travel purposes. My credit card was billed on on June 14, 2007. The certificate service was advertised as being delivered in 7 days - 2 weeks. It has been 30 days. Glad I did some research! Here is what I did...I blacked out my name on the return form and wrote "you can pay for the postage you fraudulent bastards" and sent USPS. With the economy the way it is, be on your toes for these types of offers. This company is playing on the desperation of consumers and members of unions as well as others (I am not a member of a union) and they sent this offer to me as well. I posted a message on the breeders web page letting others know that I bought a chahuahua from a breeder found on the puppyfind site. This puppy had sarcoptic mange I faxed Jessica from puppyfind documents from the vet stating the puppy had mange. I was very upset when this message was then removed. It is not fair to other family's who will purchase a puppy from this bredder and have to go through what we did. They should at least have the heads up on this situation. I Jennifer Cruz have been scammed by the Free Credit Report Co. I used this site for the free one time report and did not authorize anything else. Turns out they have been charging my credit card for a while now. When I try to get a hold of someone on the phone, I'm put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call is hung up each time. My insurance company promptly contacted Santander for a pay off amount so that I could receive a check for the balance and buy a new car. I signed up with Lexington Law Firm, an online credit repair company. After signing up (for a $39.99 fee) I found out that I would have to do all the work, send them my credit report, etc... I signed the cancellation papers (which can not be faxed in- for whatever reason) and mailed them in. It states on these papers that you need to cancel within 5 days of signing up and your money would be refunded within 10 days. We were charged $79.99 on a recent Visa bill, from “Great Fun”. I found Great Fun on the web, called and canceled what they called a “new membership” in their travel club. I called Visa and complained about the charge. They canceled the payment, and told me that I have to be careful in certain websites, that I don’t inadvertently sign up for a club like this by NOT unchecking a box where I am agreeing to join.
