Recieved a letter claiming that I was a winner of the 2011 Customer Compensation Lottery Draw. Enclosed with the letter was a fake cashier's check with a USbank logo on it. I ordered an engagement ring from the Cartier collection, I was told it would take 3 months for delivery. Three days before Christmas, they said the ring is no longer made and hasn't been made for more than a year. They said I could buy something else or they would refund my payment within 30 days. Of course I want my money back, but to wait three months to tell me something they should have known immediately? That is fraud, at best; but THREE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!???!!! I purchased a HP PSC 1500v All-in-one printer last fall. I now regret purchasing anything made by HP.
The paper either jams or won't feed at all. I purchased a 1310i HP printer about 2 years ago and it does the same thing, but nowhere near as often or as bad as the 1500v. I am glad I paid under $100 for each
of the printers.
I emailed HP tech dept., but as usual, it has been a waste of time. I was told to reset the printer to the factory settings. Who knows why? I didn't see the reason for it, but I did it anyway. It didn't... read full review »

I paid them one euro to be able to access an acedemic text - by Pay Pal. They sent me a code to unlock. I tried it but my Virus Checker (AVIRA) stopped me and said it was Malware. So I moved on found the article elsewhere - it was not difficult -now two weeks later I have had £89 taken pout of my Pay Pal account. Company is horrible. This summer they added a $20 fee for no reason. I got charged for a disconnect and reconnect service...but check this out, I NEVER had a disruption of service...ever. I called to question this and never received an answer.

We have sent in all the documents to verify who we are, and still no contact back from anyone, even though they state they will call you within 3 days. They removed my husband from our account and set up another account without our authorization. They do not allow you to call and speak to anyone in the fraud department or risk department. My order status on the company web site says that items were shipped via ground with no tracking number. After many emails to them and no replies, I am worried that I too may have been scammed. I have never met such an incompetent bunch of people as Comcast Cable TV. I am forever having to call them to fix their poor service in my North Dallas area. Each time I call it take at least an hour, sometimes two or three before they answer the phone. Try and order a new service and they pick the call immediately!

If you had a metal brake line corrosion failure or have a Chevrolet SUV or truck, read this. The metal brake lines used during manufacturing were not stainless steel, but were inferior quality and corrode easily leading to loss of braking and collisions.

I work for a black woman at the Embassy Suites in Hampton VA. She is extremely prejudice against white employees and treats them terribly in comparison with her black employees. Been to almost every KFC outlets in Penang and it seems all the outlets have the same issues.
Not too long ago, KFC started its credit card payment option service. I was delighted since I often make purchases for my family and also for events which can total up to a huge amount on the bill.

When boarding at Gatwick I was charged twenty five pounds because my luggage weighed 5kg over the maximum weight of 20kg. I find it completely unfair that there was no pre-warning of the maximum weight. There were several other passengers who were also forced to pay charges and whom were all also unaware that the maximum weight of luggage was just 20kg. Incredibly, there is a sign which reads " weight restrictions apply within reason". I do not believe that a twenty five pound charge is reasonable for 5kg.
