I was at Braums in Monett MO. Sun. August 26, 2007, the food was great, but the manager on duty was rude, loud, discourtious to the customers and the employees. I felt so sorry for the casheir. We ordered a website through IHouse web solutions, www.ihouseweb.com . Their salesman told us it would auto update from our MLS and it would submit All our listings to several larger websites like, oodle.com, trulia.com ect. Well they did NOT tell me you can’t do both. I bought a Roadmate 800 in October last year and the windshield mount broke after 7 months. I sent 2 RMA requests via their online submission form and received no response. I bought an .entertainment center that turned out to be damaged because It was left out in the rain by UPS. I ordered a set of pans from QVC. The product id, description and picture stated that the pans would be blue. When the package arrived, the pans were red. I have 2 whirpool air conditioners and 1 refrigerator. My experience with the company's products and esp their service has been so bad that I would never purchase any Whirlpool product again. The products started developing faults in the first year of purchase itself and have not stopped since! The customer service staff could not care less. It takes at least 10 different calls before the fault gets repaired - after a string of broken commitments and follow ups. I have been a customer of Blockbuster.Com for 2 years now. I actually have the max account of 8 out at a time for $39.99 a month. In December of 2005 someone jacked my card (the same I use at Blockbuster.com) and opened a new account at Blockbuster.com. So I was being charged $39.99 and 19.99 a month. I went to Wendys on my 30 minute lunch break to try to get a quick bite to eat. I was in the drive through for about 15 minutes before I get to the window to pay for my food. When I get there, I hand the lady my debit card, and she says that their debit card machine is not working. I tell her that I do not have any cash on me. So I can't get my food, and my lunch break is almost over, and I still have to go to another place and get something to eat, stand in line AGAIN, and then I was late getting back to work. We purchased a leather sofa set in 2004. We also were sold a five year gold guardsman furniture protection plan for $380.00. This plan was to cover all accidental rips, tears and stains. I am a South African in England using a Visa card for my money. This morning I was told that my card has been closed. There is no reason for this - just that it has been closed. I have been getting phone calls at my work from this company. I had a payday loan and ended up having to file bankruptcy 5 years ago. I was a tenant at 600 Heights Blvd from 4/11/08 until 2/15/11. During the entire lease I had to constantly complain about faulty equipment, plumbing and electrical issues. Leaving Alantic City, N.J. going to Port Authority N.Y.City at 10:30 A.M.
