I ordered a wallpaper mural from these people, and when my installer (a professional handyman) tried to install the first panel, the paint and paper came off. When I called the company, their "sales manager", Dan, was rude, abusive, condescending, and arrogant to both my installer and me. This problem is ongoing since CVS took over the company a few years ago. They lose prescriptions, change refill status for no known reason, refuse to retain updated new information and mismanage their website so badly that I have had to set up a new account (twice) and cannot use their website to refill scripts. Don't waste your time - Austin, TX and surounding area Ineptitude, no-shows, rude, do not answer phones. Four visits to my home to fix a leaking water filter. On each occasion I was told that the problem was fixed when in fact it was not. Three of these 4 visits were rescheduled appointments due to no-shows. I made the mistake of presenting the discount card first to Richard the manager and this certainly reflected in the quality of my haircut. I am new to the Rochester area and have had a membership at Fitness 19 for about 6 weeks. I am taking classes at the local university and found out my tution covers the university's recreation center. I went into Fitness 19 and spoke with Erhan Guler. He was ready to allow me to cancel my membership until he found out I had paid in full. He refused to refund any portion of the money I had paid although the contract I had signed made no mention of rules for those paying in full.
