I bought a packet of ready-made cookies with brand name " Healthy's OVEN FRESH COOKIES " manufactured by Healthy Food Products, Itahari-4, Sunsari, Nepal. I bought this product on 30th July in Bhaktapur, Nepal. The label in the packet mentions its weight of 70 gram. I bought it for my travel to The Netherlands. With reference to the above, when I am booking for the supply of gas cylinder on 28/06/06 the Distributor’s officials denied supply. The reason they told, I have not taken supply for the past 1 and half a month or so. This is because they are denying the supply. My husband and I were shopping for a new vehicle on Saturday July 1, 06 and had a salesperson ask us for our credit card to "seal the deal". We had NEVER heard of such a thing and left shortly after to go purchase our vehicle at O'Brien Toyota. I purchashed a Used Boat from Inland Auto and Boat, Perris Ca boat dealer around May 1 2006. The first time we brought it out on the lake the engine died. The boat was returned to the dealer and they stated they would fix it. The boat was returned back to us a week later and then we took it out again, exact same problem existed but this time we had to pay a $195 tow bill to get back in to the launch area. It has been 8 weeks now, the boat has been returned back to the dealer 5 times for the exact same problem. I have bought a chev. for years. I took my car in to be repaired fro a “steering wheel lock malfunction”. 6 weeks later they could not correct the problem. I found out that they charged me $600 for rewiring that the Saab dealership did not even do. Evidently they hired an outside person to do it, without consent. All of the paperwork stated that the dealership rewired the car. They could not correct the problem and refused to repair my car. The movers showed up late. Later on in the day, the man in charge demaned a tip. I told him I didn't have any cash on me. He asked me to go to the bank. I told him that I had no transportation. I had to leave early to return to Georgia. As soon as I left the man in charge told my Mother that I authorized her to give them a tip. I did not. Gratuties not tips, are given at the end of a service. Not during. The men then slowed down there pace and left the apartment without all of my Mother's furniture. I bought Voltas Window AC. when the machine was delivered, the FILL of the unit was damaged and the gas pipe were having problem on tree places. I bought this unit from DK Vision, Malviya Nagar, New delhi, India and they refused to change the system. Like Sean, Malcolm and the others, I too, own a 2002 Ford Taurus and also had front coil spring failure, requiring replacement of both springs, a tire and sway bar links. I approached FORD about the recall covering 1999-2001 Taurus and Sable models, and FORD informed me the recall was not applicable to my car. Its time for FORD to acknowlegde the problem has not been corrected and extend their recall to later model years. read full review »

Bought jag 2006 xj8, new, two months ago. Filled tank with gas, drove into garage, smelled gas and saw gasoline spilling onto floor. Fire department came and rolled car out of garage as gasoline poured from car. Jag service said fuel pump seals failed and replaced with same type of seal. Jag customer service and Jag dealer would not guarantee this would not happen again. I am petrified to drive car. It is a FACT that my jag is not the only 2006 XJ8 that this is happen too. I called Carolina Pool Plastering concerning a hair line crack found in our pool several days after they plastered our pool. I was told the owner handles these problems and was on the other line and would call me back. That was yesterday June 29, 2006. Surprise- you got it he never called. On 23 March 2006, I purchased two Avon tires from ABE Cycles that Abe indicated were new tires. As it turns out, it seems that Abe has a very large supply of tires that appear to have been stored in the dank and dark for an unknown amount of time and are not as new as Abe would like you to believe. The tires were cleaned up and actually looked acceptable at the time of purchase and I was not aware of the true condition of the tires. The long sad tale of Donna's dented freezer door: If my novel, doesn't sell on Ebay, perhaps I could sell refrigerator doors? Of course I'd have to put them in the 'stranger than fiction' category. Three times (since march) the stalwart factory service representatives have ordered me (on warranty) a replacement for the freezer side door of my new fridge which arrived dented. My parent's home was reroofed after a hail storm in 1995. I moved back in and inherited the home in 1999. The roofing warranty says nothing about being invalid if deed is transfered. It leaks terribly and I have been trying to locate KC Construction Services, Inc. since we moved back in. Even though they are listed with the BBB, on the internet and phonebook, they do not exist here in Texas. The roof has a 20 year warranty . A month later I receive an email stating there was such a large demand for the medicine I would have to wait 2 more weeks. I hope this is the right complaints board, but I was disgusted to see sky sports news showing archive footage of some nobody from 2001 speaking about Erikson when i could easily have said in one sentence, the man is a joke and has ruined England's best chance of world cup glory especially with the other results. Get some better footage and just interview a random guy than that garbage. Checked into the Microtel Inn @ 1840 Corporate Blvd in Atlanta GA (Buckhead area) and encountered the following issues: - dirty room (debri on bathroom floor) - bath towels stained - stained and unsightly hallway carpet - TV remote didn't work - noise from hallway and next door (slamming doors/ crying child/slamming drawers in adjoining room). They just sent me a notice of auto-renewal which was very clearly at a rate that was not their low rate. I canceled this service in July 2002 after reporting that my pager had been lost. Someone found the pager and apparently reactivated the pager. In Sept. 2002 I received an invoice for $144.63 for reconnect fees and an overage charge for 454 pages. Again in October I received an invoice for $39.00 for a lost/stolen equipment charge and another overage charge of $241.50 for 966 pages. In April I have bought '800-SUPER' $5 calling card (112 minutes, no maintenance fee and no connection fees). Their customer service number is 1-800-926-3571. During first two weeks I have made three short calls: 10 minutes, 16 minutes, and 12 minutes. While calling I have noticed that the rate per minute is nearly 50% higher than the advertised rate (advertised rate - 4.5c/min, actual rate - 7c/min). I was mailing out marketing postcards for my company. Was running out of time so I decided to use a mailing company a postal service to do it for me. The postcards are odd size so the cost would be 39 cents for each and I had 738 cards on top of that I would pay 5 cents on each card for the service. Total $324.72 Ok... Before I purchased my DVD/VHS Recorder/Player I did a little research and Go Video seemed to come up as a company providing superior products an outstanding prices. I cannot express how disappointed I am. We have had the Model VR3845 since March 2005 and now find that I have a unit that is dead and unrepairable? My problem is pretty straight forward I think.
