I bought this iron from Lowe's a couple months ago. I sent in registration. At first I loved the iron, however I can't put water in it! When I try to steam the water leaks out the bottom, I have water spots all over my clothes. I am one of the few people who iron everything--I must keep a spray bottle to use instead of letting the iron do its job. I received a phone call to my cell phone that I didn't recognize and I ignored it --- but then I googled it - and found your website. Back in December of 2005, some 7-8 months ago, someone else said this number was a repeat offender of unsolicited phone calls. Unsolicited phone call from 972-661-8208 - a Dallas exchange. I had only used this new cell phone number in emails to online extended car warranty companies, as far as I can recall...one in Maryland and the other one in Boston. My wife and I recently purchased a 2006 Chevy Cobalt from Bill Heard Chevrolet in Columbus, Georgia. DAS Auto Shippers took delivery of my car and guaranteed to deliver the car from Phoenix to Boston in 7 to 9 days. The car arrived after 3 weeks with the following damage: the speedometer and odometer had been disconnected, which leads us to believe the car was stolen and driven. All of the windows were left open during shipment and the car traveled through very bad weather and rain. My Nokia N70 phone caught a virus and the software had to be reloaded. The phone was submitted to the service center at Ghaziabad on 11/Sep/06. The software was reloaded and the phone given back on 25th Sep. 06 but there was no battery in the phone.The battery was stolen by the authorized Nokia service center people (Ghaziabad). The service center people did not tell me that the battery was to be removed from the phone while submitting and neither did they include the battery number on the job sheet. We put up their ads and they promised to get back to us but didn't. By the time we realised we had lost around $300 by placing their ads. After seeing very low prices for a Canon EOS 5D I called three sites trying to place an order. 2 of them, Royal Camera and CCI immediately aknowledged the camera advertised was actually a gray market item and not intended for sale in the USA. I received a collection notice from National Credit Audit Corp. Regarding a possible magazine subscription with Conde Nast Traveler.
