Tri-State Alarm Company uses deception and fine print to lock its customers into automatically renewing lengthy contracts. The company didn't advise us that our contract would automatically renew for another 3 years after the original 3 year period. The sales person told us it would convert to a month-to-month basis after the first 3 years. I had a Bell Expressvu satellite system instaelled in 2000. I had no problem with them until after I transferred to a new location in August of 2002. I Purchased a used Isuzu Rodeo from this dealer only to have it fail FOUR DAYS later. The radiator was cracked - you could then see that it had been sealed previously. I get breakfast biscuits 3-5 days a week at our local 24 hour BK. This morning the manager on duty wasn't the regular one (may have been the store manager). Recently I closed an account with MBNA Visa because they would not lower my interest rate. I had received a 6% apr when I went to the war, but as soon as I was discharged, they raised it to 23.99%!!!! I was NEVER late or delinquent on that account. I obtained propane gas service with Thompson Gas in Boonsboro, MD on 10-1-2006 and in doing so I had to sign a "customer agreement" w/ Thompson Gas. However, I was not made aware of numerous stipulations in this agreement which were located on the back of the agreement in "shadow print". However the recharge vouchers of 1120/- denomination are not available in the market even at any of the so called tata indicom shoppes or what ever. I bought a new computer from Tesco on September 26th, 2006 and set it up, only to find the keyboard was broken.
