We were without power for two days due to a problem caused by TXU. No one, either in customer service for TXU Energy, or TXU Delivery made a minimal effort to correct the problem. GNC cannot accept non-US billing addresses, even though the order is being SHIPPED to the U.S. After explaining the situation to their Customer Service rep, I was rudely told they don't want my internet business, and just shop in Canadian GNC stores (many products are NOT available there!). I ordered two rings from them which they sent by UPS and required an adult signature. I work so I signed the card for delivery including a copy of my drivers license indicating I am an adult (55 yrs old) but they still would not leave the packages. I am so disappointed and enraged with Bally Fitness centers in Clovis, CA, after I got billed to my credit card over $77 dollars monthly for 2 months. My contract expired on 12/28/2006. Do not buy from this company! There is no way to call them and they have not responded to email. They advertise there software as being able to download any TV program etc. They don tell you it is very possibly illegal and beyond that it downloads extra programs that you do not need.
