I ordered two quilt hangers. When I received them the knobs were broken-it looked like the knobs had been screwed on too tight and they had cracked right up the middle. I have never had any deal with the CIC Triple Advantage, but they charge membership/service fee from my Capital One credit card which I never authorized or signed any membership agreement . I called twice to dispute that charges, cancelled everything, and asked them to inform me. My last contact with CIC Triple Advantage was 4/14/2007, and their representative RAZ told me call back again next day, or Monday, because their computer system is out of order and he cannot help me. The said no. is installed at my residence as 10 digit fixed line. Since last 3 weeks this phone has no signal. Connection was taken from Ganesh Communication. Despite of several telephone complaint people are not attending the complaint and the phone is of no use. I requested to surrender the line but no body is coming to do the needful. I have been getting at least 15 calls per day from phone number (954) 724-9490 , and they were hanging up on the first ring. When I call the number back, I get the same thing "mail box is full"! They did just call again (for the 3rd time in less than an hour) and I did finally get some one, it is publishing clearing house! Two weeks later a bag was sent me without my request or authorization. In the next billing period was a bill for $109.95 to my CC. Calls are redirected to a voice mail. There is a dog that lives a block away from us that is neglected and the OSPCA will not do a dang thing and it makes me mad. This dog is average size and is in a small outside cage with a doghouse that has no door and is about the size of the dog. I can't imagine the dog even has room to turn around in there. Do NOT buy from these people. They state in the warranty that the warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for 10 years. We have some very high dollar patio doors rotting out at the bottom. They were installed in 1997 and in 2000, one of them was showing rot. At the walmart store located in trinidad, colordado, there is very poor care regarding the garden center. There is a greenhouse set up at walmart with hundreds of plants in it. On the week of April 6th, 2007, we had freezing drizzle and temperatures fell below freezing. I noted that a portion of the greenhouse siding was down and the plants exposed to the cold.
