I have purchased a Kodak Digital Camera through ICICI bank credit card. The bank and kodak has advertised in almost all the news paper about this offer that if you purchase using card the amount will be converted to 24/36 EMIs. Late in the evening, 4 of 5 times in the past couple of months the ice cream machine seems to be down. They said that it was being repaired. When I get to the window and ask for a comment phone number line, they could not find it and the ice cream was said to have run out. I bought a ticket for travel on 28 Nov 2006. I had to cancel this ticket then due to sudden emergencies. As a former worker of this company I can tell you that the stories posted here are true. From the way that "Dave Domcalski" would rip people off to the way he treated his employees. 90% of all cars towed from properties contracted with 24/7 Park Inc. is charged for being dollied, but these cars are not dollied and the customers are still charged with the $65 fee. Add me to the club. My refrigerator is 14 months old and is on the brink of leaving me. Upon delivery a shelf bracket was broken. I had to drive to hhgregg to get one from a floor model, they did give me gas money and refund my delivery cost. Two months later the right door and an alignment problem, had to have a repairman to fix that. Now 14 months later no ice no water and no working top part of the refrigerator but the freezer still works. The flap that lets the ice out also has a mind of its own and very annoying. As posted by others, I was also charged by the company for "million dollar" support program that I never authorized them to enroll or charge me. Company said I was automatically enrolled in a 30-day free trial, and it was my responsibility to stop it if I don't want to get charged. Sears has no intention of honoring their "hassle free return within 30 days " policy. I purchased a lawnmower from sears and it worked for 15 minutes.
