I recently bought a Fast Track Sunglasses when i went for a holiday to vishakapatnam and i did not examine the glasses for scratches and other manufacturing defects as i believed it to be a good brand. I have subscribed to RD for over 30 years and have NEVER dealt with anyone except Reader's Digest for my renewals. I have a bank of America credit card with credit available. I am continuously receiving checks from them in the mail which can be used to pay any bill, or use for cash which are then "charged" to your credit card account. I decided to use one and I wrote one to myself for $500 and deposited it to my personal checking account. Purchased a fathers day gift on 6/12/07 via ebay. The product wasn't shipped until 6/20/07 and was shipped to the incorrect address. Customer service does not answer emails and claims they can only take instruction from paypal (a 3rd party) and cannot correct an order when informed by the customer and will not contact Paypal regarding an incorrect order.
