Did not know what it was for, and neglected to verify why it was being charged. Tried to contact the 800 number and have tried for 7 business days in a row. I took a 3-year subscription of India Today Travel Plus in December 2005 but the first communication from them required 3 email reminders and 7 weeks. The free gift was delayed by 6 months, and the issues have been consistently late or missing. In fact, I have not received a single issue this year (2007) so far, till date, without multiple email reminders and follow ups regarding the same. I have had the absolutely worst experience at the CVS pharmacy in Montvale. I called the automated phone line to renew my prescription, then followed up with a phone call.
