Auctionbay sold me three large items. When I went to get a vehicle to transport the items home, they sold them again to a second party. When I arrived back for my purchased merchandise, they rudely implied that I had not paid for the items, so they were free to sell them. When I produced the paid receipt, they offered no apology & required me to wait until their closing hour to obtain a refund! In late July 2007, we flew on British Airways from Heathrow to Oslo. Our baggage did not arrive with us and one bag (with our clothing) arrived back in the States only after our trip had ended. The BA baggage handler at the Oslo airport (serviair) would not answer phones and there was no way to leave a message. We went online on 8/15/07, and found what we thought was the perfect site for our tv show collection: dvdigniter.com. On 8/22/07, we received the 1st of the 3 shows we ordered. When we put it in our machine, the quality was the worst we'd eve seen. I have been trying to speak to Customer care Executive of Airtel India (Telephone no 9810198101) Each time the Interactive Voice Response System would lead me to Customer Care after a prolonged interactive session and then there would be complete silence for infinitive time. I repeated the whole exercise at least 15 times today morning as I had to report about a lost mobile phone with AirTel prepaid connection and every time it was frustratingly same. Dec 2004 purchased an RCA HiDef 50" TV - Model HD50DLPW165 for $ 2000. Jan 2006 the lamp went out (apparent common occurrence) which cost $ 300. I had bought a blackberry 8100pearl handset from Airtel and was using the service in Hyderabad. Now I have been transferred to Kolkata, and here I need to use blackberry enterprise service provided by Hutch, however to use the same I my phone needs to be unblocked (it is originally blocked by Airtel). This company is pathetic, first of all I had no choice for being with them as my mortage provider, we were assigned over from our previous mortgage company. They have sent threatening letters to me, and also told me that partial payment was not acceptable, which is something I was trying to do, to benefit me, by making partial payments, vs. no payment at all. This air conditioner failed to function properly after 1 year. The electronic thermostat controls failed and the a/c unit ices up. I sent it to Wind Service in Hicksville , N.Y. and they have had it since August 3rd and claim they are waiting for parts. Our cable has been on and off for about 2 weeks now. Can't watch the TV. I have tried to call almost everyday - usually the phone cuts out before I ever get to talk to anyone. I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt four (4) weeks ago @ Riverside Chevrolet in Rome, GA. First of all, the courtesy car wash was ridiculous! Hi, I am having a connection CUG post paid with Airtel from mid of July 2005 and used till july 2007. During the month from February 2007, some of the calls called by others have added to my bill and customer care is not accepted the problem. So i paid additional charges extra. Purchased Onida One ton Split A.C from M/S Manipal Electronics, Mysore. There was absolutely no maintenance service at all. At the end on one year, on repeated requests to Manipal Electronics, some one came and serviced the machine. The Company CBE Group INC, They have contacted me on 2 occasions where I have agreed to make payment arrangements however they continue to call me every hour starting at 8am EST to sometimes has late as 7pm EST yesterday was 8 phone calls. Rainbow vacuum cleaner (the e series) is the one i bought, this thing is a expensive piece of junk. The cord is so cheap it gets very warm during use, it does not pick up things off my carpet near as good as my much much cheaper sears vacuum, so many times i have to loosen things on the rug before the rainbow will pick it up,so i get out my 200 dollar sears and get the job done. When I moved to Columbia, MO I was pitched (and bit) DSL Internet service from Verizon. I was assured it was available in my area. When Verizon came out to install, I was informed that we were nowhere near close enough to the nearest switch box (or whatever node or hub in the city) to hook us up. No DSL service available, even though they double checked my address twice in the six weeks after I first called them. No service.
