I am really shocked to read so many complaints on WOODLAND footwear, when I thought i was the only one!!! Bought Woodland sandals on SALE in the mall at Sec 25A Noida, not that I paid any less than what I would if I had bought sandals in any other shop. Hardly after 6 wears in less than a couple of months, the inner sole is coming off. Now I see that it was just stuck inside with some apparently low quality gum, but they have mock-stitches which would fool anyone into thinking they are sturdy!!!
I fell for the brand name I guess. Any suggestions what I should do? Advise smb! read full review »

I Had purchased a SX4 Maruti Suzuki Car on 11th Aug 2007 from Rajesh Motors Jaipur. At the time of first car service they told me that they have to change to clutch as there was manufacturing defect. They kept the car for the whole day and in the evening said that the clutch was not available and we will do it later.

I had some queries that i wanted answered and so i called the 121 so called anywhere anytime customer service number. I was really irritated that there is no option for English and the Ive was totally Hindi and to top it up there was no option to get to a rep. When i finally got one on the line he answered one of my questions and then hung up so i called again and this time i asked for a supe cause i wanted to complain but the rep on the phone said that there is just one supe and he is busy so he cannot come to the phone and then he too hung... read full review »

I have demanded the itemized bill on 23 aug for the month of aug 07 thru call center but didn't received any bill till 19 sep. There is no proper response from call center some representative said that it has been dispatched some says it is being sent. I also give the e_mail id for delivery the bill.

I can't get them to return my calls at all for repairs that need to be done to my pool cover! I've called all over trying to buy the parts I need directly from the manufacturers and they keep referring me back to Aquamatic to purchase the parts and they won't call me back. I am willing to pay for the repairs. Apparently the parts are proprietary to this application so you can't get them anywhere else. It is a $10k cover. Supposedly the cover has a 20 year warranty and it is only 8 years old. It is too expensive to just replace for a $100 part. Ahhhh! read full review »

We have booked 50 tons power press Pillar Type Machine with Mankoo Machine Tools. The Owner met with us in Machinery Exhibition on 24th July were is committed to delivery machine within 20 days. Looking at commitment for Pratap Mankoo we have booked machine and gave him advance but its been more than 50 days now we haven't received machinery. Dr Richard A. Burgett, MD Did my plastic surgery on my lower lids almost 1 year ago today. He told me the bags would be gone and I would look so refreshed. I look worse than I did before the surgery. The service form the Pizza Hut at 2724 W. Mercury Blvd. Hampton, VA. 23605 that i got was not what i expected it to be. I placed an internet order about 10:30pm and i was paying with a credit card. They called me about 10 mins till 11:00pm and stated that my card was declined and said that I had 10 mins to call back with my new card number. We bought a WTW5540SQ Whirlpool Washing machine from The Brick 1 year and two weeks ago. One day after the basic 1 year warranty expired, the machine died. We bought the $80 extended warranty and called the Trans Global repair guy in to have a look at it. He said there were multiple things wrong with it and he would order the parts. Took it home and tried to assemble it, went to the store took pictures of theirs and returned home again to try to assemble it. it would not stay upright. I purchased 10,000.00 worth of kitchen appliances form The Brick in August 2006. The wall oven I purchased had a manufacturers defect, where everytime the self-clean feature is used the oven won't work afterwards. Kitchen aid has admitted that this is a manufacturers defect and told me on the phone that the oven is no longer made. I bought jungle drawer knobs, received product but 3 were damaged because they were packaged too close together and knocked each other. That was in March 2007, emailed company and they offered to send me 3 new knobs to replace the broken ones, it is now September 2007 and I have emailed them at least once more about the knobs, but I have still not received the replacement.

Today I went to see Dr. Takahashi at the UCLA Medical Center, Dermatology Department, to whom my daughter was referred by her Primary Care Physician. My daughter is a 21-month-old baby. For our appointment we came 10 minutes early as it was asked in the letter we had received. Nevertheless we waited ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES until someone came to our room. I have sent small fx calculator to India. The item haven't received by addressee nor any update from customer service for my query. I went sing post speed post service before I sent. I ask them how long will it take speed service, they said 1-3 working days, they knew i am sending calculator they written on my invoice. Several months ago I entered a competition to win a prize on the internet. As part of the conditions I had to purchase several products. One of them was from AuctionMonster for a one-off fee of approx $55.00. Unbeknowns to me in the fine print in the terms and conditions, they could continue to charge me AUD $66.18 every month until I told them not to. Having purchased the FPS game Call Of Juarez to install on a Windows Server 2003 machine located at an ISP I discovered just how bad UBISoft customer service is. They are currently offering a "Free" online Dollar Shop, but upon reading the Terms and Conditions [T & C's] discovered that this "Free" store which supposedly included the waiving of franchise fees, and training, was $479.40 year [$39.95 x 12] every year.

I went to Olympic pools in Macungie, PA to find out about a filter for my seasonal above ground pool. The person who was "assisting" us was rude and nasty. He sold us a filter for the pool, but he later told us that it would not work for this pool. I really thought it ironic that DELL "gave me" an opportunity to rate a recent purchase. This happened to be the second AC adapter I had to get from DELL, the first was sent no charge and I paid for the second. I have been very unhappy with my DELL purchase. Refer to CASE # 166868909. The sales person, Dave, had us look at several diagrams to try and figure out what type of motor we had. We were unsure, so we offered to go and get the serial numbers to verify. I purchased a vehicle in San Antonio, TX 4 months ago. Reading the other complaints I would hope in time that the State of Texas wakes up to the unlawful practices of DriveTime.
Though my car is running very well, it is not because of DriveTime's mechanics. In fact the mechanics had no idea what they were doing and literally cut my horn wires.

Our family of 4 rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Paris for 6 nights,7 days through Panache One World Travel based out of Cohasset, Mass. We didn't have hot water the entire length of our stay. The company made arrangements for us to use a hotel room across the street and down one block for showering.

I just received a bill from Afni Collections for Verizon Florida, Inc. For the past 15 years I have lived in MD and VA and my phone bill is paid up at this time. I spoke to the people at Verizon and they verified this. They also said they felt this should be looked into because they had other instances of people calling them about the same thing.

Yahoo voice automatically charges my debit card $2.99 (yes, 3 bucks) a month for my phone number and incoming calls. I have had funds on that card. On the day they tried to bill me, THEY had a problem, yet another company's payment went through just fine. Payments and deposits all month were fine, BUT Yahoo's.

Our new 3 month old car got hit from the rear by a USAA customer who was also hit from behind. However the USAA customer did not take the particulars of the 3rd car so we claimed USAA instead. USAA came back and denied our $150 claim for a bumper trim replacement, claiming that their customer was not at fault as she was pushed into our car. I disagree with that decision as her customer WAS AT FAULT for letting the 3rd driver go.
