I've been to this supposedly "upscale" salon several times in the past with average results. The reason I've returned is it is convenient to my home. No email was sent back to me and I have no hosting. Emails to sales and billing email addresses requesting refund have not yielded responses. I will be contacting payment card company/bank to try and force a reversal of the transaction. I now also realize that the payment system was their own and not through a third party secure payment system.
