I recently opened a Photobucket account. I had no idea that I had to watch my back so carefully with Photobucket, because they have always seemed to be a reputable, aboveboard company. I Pay for advertising thru superpages and Idearc media. It is Called Pay per Click. I signed up back in June of 2007. I have this same set up with Goggle. I deposit a set amount of Cash as a holding balance. AS customers click on the link I am to be deducted .20¢ per click; which is deducted from my holding balance. When I visited this site there was an offer to provide information for $1.87. Several days later, my debit card was charged $59.95 which is a recurring fee! I promptly called Auction Monster and was told by a representative that I signed up for "information" and the $59.95 would be a recurring charge. I placed an order on Dec 8th for 2 tv show DVD sets- Emails were sent confirming shipment & payment was deducted from my VISA Debit card through a secure site. The order was received by Christmas eve. In January, i reached out to inquire about the order- the SITE was no longer taking orders- my order was delivered to a Naples Fl. address from Canada. A refund was requested & an email was sent informing me that a refund was processed on jan 14- I have yet to receive a refund. I originally ordered genisphere online by credit card. I received my order and an additional order that I didn't order. They used the credit card but as I am on a fixed income there was not enough money in the account. I was charged overdraft fees and the check to the water dept was returned.I tried calling but no answer just a recording. I emailed them but have heard nothing. I am very angry about this. Purchased a pair of glasses for my son (10yr old). Was told that they came with a 30-Day guarantee. They were damaged 3-Weeks later. Having taken our credit card details, Europcar helped themselves to an extra days rental fee. They sent us an invoice claiming that we had collected the car whilst still flying over Belgium and returned the car more than a day late when we'd been home for nearly a day! Europcar are stonewalling and lying to our Credit Card company who don't seem to be trying too hard for us. Having scoured the internet it seems that kind of practice is widespread within Europcar. I bought a DVD ripper software from www.dvdtox.com on the 16 th of January. They wrote that I could get money back within 30 days if I was not happy about the software. We didnt realize we had two months on our contract and switched to another company. Now we are charged excessive fees of 4oo.00 and every bill that is sent out has an extra 33.00 for not paying. I "upgraded" my two HD-10 receivers with the advertised new and improved HD-20 receivers. Since they installed a new satellite on my roof and the two new receivers, I lost my HD service with all five local channels. For three weeks now Cip has been able to give me a reliable connection to their server. It has greatly reduced the quality of the game play and I do not that I am getting what I have payed for. Despite having laggy servers that will disconnect me and make it impossible to play I still pay the same amount of money. I noticed a complaint about someone having direct deposit and being charged overdraft charges on the same day. This has been happening to0 me for a few years, and the way that the printout Ive asked for numerous times reads is practically impossible to figure out.
