My washing machine had malfunctioned. It is still under guarantee. I contacted the service provider for LG electronics, namely Geedee Electronics. I was requested to fax my proof of payment through to them, which i did on the 5/2/2008. We arranged for the machine to be checked at my home on 8/2/2008. My wife and I purchased a 2001 Mazda MPV with an extended warranty from Vachon Mazda in South Attleborro MA. Vachon was bought out by the Tasca group and received all of its customers in the process. A recent maintainance visit revealed repairs that needed to be performed that should have been covered by the extended warranty. Tasca refused to honor the warranty and refused to refund us the prorated portion of the warranty. I feel that either Tasca or Mazda should honor their obligation to us. read full review »

I am traveling by Auto from the day I entered Bangalore. It takes exactly Rs.62 (old meter) and Rs.72 (New meter) to my office from my residence. Now I end up paying Rs.80, which is too expensive for me. Unfortunately there is no good local transport available and I struggle everyday. My office is hardly 11 kms away and I have to spend Rs.160 per day. My complaint is with Todays Options Advantage Plan. (Pyramid Life Insurance Company). I have not been a member of their plan since Aug. 1st of 2007. My daughter is a college student and had a GAP credit card. She paid the balance off almost a year ago. Recently, she started receiving harassing phone calls (several each day). Finally, she gave them her bank information and allowed them to charge her account. We never received anything in the mail at our home address or her college address indicating that there was a balance due to her GAP credit card. We believe it was paid off, but being a naive, young adult she did not have the knowledge to ask the right kind of questions. First of all, my dealings started with Russ Darrow when I saw the commercials that guaranteed if you made a if you had $99 down they would finance a new car for you regardless of credit. This company has been withholding the registration documents for my car so that I can not get the required tags. They charge 100USD to give me the papers, even though these were already paid for. They did not get back to me before the temporary tag ran out and every time I have contacted them by email/phone they have completely ignored me. I was a Fuel Delivery Driver for Florida Rock & Tank Lines. Manager Brian Shaw and Dispatcher Leslie was very unprofessional with communicating and this company practices unfair labor. They said no, because Jan had 31 days and I should have canceled. I wanted a refund because I do not shop in that store and they said look at your receipt. My receipt says Reg Price-Refund, sale-exchange w/15 days. I purchased a F335 deskjet printer from HP for around 50 dollars. I print so little. I have printed about 40 pages of material and the ink cartridges faded out. I called HP support and talked to them for a bit. I found out that HP only sends printers out with "host" cartridges. Host cartridges are meant to test functionality. After that you are suppose to buy "trade" cartridges. These trade cartridges cost in this case 30 dollars at discount. I took my car in to have my oil changed in November 2007. During the course of driving I noticed my oil was leaking, so I took it to a Ford dealership to see if I had an oil leak. When we went in to rent another movie I assumed that we would have a late fee, and they had charged us 14.99 for the movie, 3.99 for another week rental and 11.97 for ev charges (whatever that is).
