I didn't find out until a month later that my soon to be ex-husband was able to change my Michcon gas to Universal despite not being on the account. I wasn't aware of this until I received a letter in the mail from Universal congratulating me on my swich over the them. It's a shame that peple are able to post false complaints. David Telya did not loose $7,000 in stolen articles. He forgot to lock a garage door and his insurance claim only came to just over $1,000. I was told we would pay comparable to Michcon rates but if Michcon rose above we would never pay more than 1.049. I truly wish I'd signed up in the winter when their lies would be more obvious. My bill is so high I cannot pay and am looking at shut-off! Drive Financial charged my daughter 20,000 for a 8000 car. Called me and family members repeatedly when payments were late. The reps need to be trained properly in customer service skills. When my daughter could no longer afford the high payment. They even lost a couple of her payments. I personally called them to pick there car up. They took exactly 5 months to pick up car. This may be weird, but this actually have happened and guess who the "bad boy" is - yes the SBI's. One fine day during November '06 I got a phone call from SBI that a transaction have been made on a card owned by me. On 11 Feb 08I suddenly found that there was an obnoxious caller tune on my phone. On checking with the customer service, I was told that it was free and so I should be happy about it. After finally losing my temper, I was asked to send an sms and that it would be removed in 24 hours. I send the sms, and got a reply saying " Your request has been received. I have purchased Onida microwave in the month of october, 2007. The demo person came to my house after ten days. That too after making telephonic complaint to Mumbai office. Moreover there was pre puja offer of gift worth Rs.1000/- with this purchase which I am yet to get after 5 months of purchase. This company runs ads on the Television and Radio that they have affordable health insurance. They make a point of having affordable premiums. I have had health insurance with this Company since 2002, before that we were with Mega Life which has the exact same address. They require you to join an Alliance for Affordable Services that is over $200.00 a year. I really cannot trust Relianceindiacall.com. The other day my friend just showed me how easy it is to login to their website with a local number. Once you have the number you can just write the script with the PIN and can go into the site.
