The proprietor, Alan Moscowitz and his assistant Lynn are liars and cheats. They kept my tax information for 8 months and did absloutely nothing. I rented an RV from Norms RV in Poway California...on check out they said I put a small scrap on the back right corner...I don't think I did it...they then had their own body shop give a sky high repair estimate of $323 and kept that out of my $500 deposite. offered contract by cinci bell to switch serv from time warner cable to cincin bell and direct tv-contract prices and promises not kept/direct tv will not honor the contract at all and is charging me over 100 month just for the satellite tv alone-cinci bell has no recourse against them. We purchased a xbox 360 game system for my son Christmas 2006 and the system has stopped working 1 year and 1 month after the purchase. The warranty on this product is 1 year. Surprise surprise!!! After speaking with a manager at GameStop we were told that there was an extended warranty issued by Microsoft because of the problems customers have had with these game systems. I attempted to claim the $25.00 gift card at www.valueplusonline.com web site, however was directed to Complaints Board web site. I recieved a letter in the mail claiming I had signed up for their membership to save in online coupons. This is not true. I have no reason to do so as I am not a coupon user. I did call the phone number on the letter( 1 888 833 7279 ) to cancel the membership. I spoke to two different people. Only one of them gave me a confirmation number for the cancellation. The DJ company did not live up to its Services. I received a phone call from Galaxy telling me I had been chosen to receive a $50 gas card, just for using my credit card, and ultimately after a 20 minute phone call, I was told I had to accept the terms of also receiving or signing up for a supplemental medical and dental coverage, of which I immediately said I did not want. I received my debit card bank statement, and had a 82.49 charge from AFNI Inc-Trust along with a reference number. I did not even know what this was, so I contacted the bank. The bank stated that the charge went through, and that I would have to contact the company in Bloomington, Ill. This company does not have a number or site address for me to contact them. When I joined with AT&T, they told me the rates to call to India, which was less than $0.40/minute. We made some calls and when the bill came, the rate was $7.00/minute.
