Hi, I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Best Buy in September 2006. In March 2006 and prior the freezer stop producing ice and the repairmen was called to fix the freezer but had to order the parts. Sir, We have never applied for the ICICI lombard they keep on charging us the premium.Secondly, we have reciept of the no dues statement mentioning full and final settlement, the person who came to collect the amount has given false contact no., he said that we would recieve the copy of fresh bill in which they will mention no dues further, the reciept dated 16-feb-2008, but still no bill has been recieved and they keep on giving us calls for due amount. I had Lowe's install Pella windows in my home in Pittsburgh, PA late last year. After their contractor finished, I realized that he had caulked closed and covered with aluminum trim all of the weep holes in the windows. Ever since I've had this crappy internet service, I have had nothing but trouble with the speed of my(computer's)! I pay for a full month and only get to use my computer like I want maybe half of the month! I call and complain and all I get is I'm over my thresh hold! No they are only allowing me to use the internet for a period that suit's them and not me! I have no other choice of internet besides dial up! I hate hughes net! I was looking for free cell phone ringtones and they looked good for what I was getting. However afterwards I got a $60.00 charge for what I believed to be free as stated on thier web site. They serve "pints" of beer which are 12oz instead of the 16oz advertised. When I brought this up with the bartender, he made a racist remark in response. I used to go to this mechanic when I lived in the area 15 years ago and stop in every once in awhile. I was SHOCKED when it was discovered that I paid for calipers and rotors on my brakes (about 250.00) but only got brake pads (10.00) which resulted my car losing control on the interstate when the wheel locked up on the caliper - snapped the steel support bar in the frame and sent it sailing into my rear tire. I was to ld to by FIA card services to make a payment of $110 to keep my account from being charged off and that they would settle my debt for $900. I told them to send me this in writing and they did. I made th e$110 payment in Feb 2008 and the settlement papers said that they would break up the $900 in 3 payments of $300. I called the number provided to me in my account and talked to India, to where the young girl was very hesitant on cancelling my account due to some information that I will not be receiving in regards to my credit score. She wanted to transfer me to another extension and I expressed to her that I do not need the services provided any longer, she wasn't to happy, I kept insisting on cancelling my subscription.
