I purchased the Secutire Tire Pressure Monitoring System from Pepboys earlier in December. It seemed like a great idea, my tires were always losing air and in the meantime it did a great job monitoring the tires! But. At the beginning of December 2007, I purchased FOUR boxes of LED lights made by Everstar Merchandise from Sam's Club. I not only intended using them for the holidays but also year round. Within 2 weeks half of a strand of bulbs burned out. A week later half of another strand burned out. They have been stalling for nearly a year on paying a small claim with no explanation and many promises that the claim will be paid. Rude on the phone about unexplained charges. Made no attempt to rectify the situation. Although not intentionally deceiving, they chose to hide how charges are made. Did not explain how they bill their customers and proceeded to charge for services that could be free if you knew that's what they were charging you for. Example: installing Service Pack 2 and subsequent updates at a rate of $45 an hour.
