Rude on the phone about unexplained charges. Made no attempt to rectify the situation. Although not intentionally deceiving, they chose to hide how charges are made. Did not explain how they bill their customers and proceeded to charge for services that could be free if you knew that's what they were charging you for. Example: installing Service Pack 2 and subsequent updates at a rate of $45 an hour. I came across a rebate offer from RainX - It was: buy 2 rainx products - get the 3rd free - two offers per household - so I bought 6 wiper blades for which I was supposed to get a $10 rebate from each for a total of $20. This is a lausy company . Its equipment and services are extremely poor. We have lot of issues with washers installed by this company in our rental unit at Jefferson Village apartments in Framingham Massachusetts . They never promplty refund for malfunctioning of washers. This breeder has a dog name Whisper that is orange. The dog is an adult dog with hair loss. The breeder refuses to disclose the dog's problem in the ad. I was getting my childrens pictures taken and the lady that did them was just plain out rude. I was only aloud to get one package of each one of the kids and 1 8 by 10 of both of them together and i was not very happy. The incompetent manager halted production of sandwiches for customers who showed up at the store for 30 minutes while they completed Fax Orders. I think it's ridiculous to put Fax orders ahead of customers who actually take the time to walk in to your store. The manager said something about "sorry, it was a large order."
