We were a customer of Zoovy for some time, but decided to leave after rate increases and continuing inappropriate comments towards us by the Zoovy staff. Apparently we were disliked because we didn't spend enough with Zoovy. We never felt that Zoovy cared about our business, in fact we felt put down by Zoovy. I purchased my 2007 CX-9 Grand Touring edition in March 2007 from Scanlon Mazda (Fort Myers, FL) and had previously purchased a 2003 Mazda 6 from them. The service was top notch, probably in part due to their sister Lexus dealership and the spill over effect to their service advisors. Was surprised to see my Verizon local phone bill double in March. On page 3 is a $35 charge from USBI for Voicelink. I have no idea what this is and I'm pretty sure I would never sign up for anything that adds $35 a month to a $24 phone bill. Called USBI and got customer service person I could barely hear. These guys are pros at fooling folks. I initially purchased a card from them to call a friend in another country and it worked very well. I used it several times in a month and later purchased more of the same card. Then suddenly, I received a message I only had a few minutes of talk time when attempted to use a card I had just purchased from them. I called Alosmart. I am reporting that chrome masters ripped me off for 1041.00 for a pair of rims and tires. It started on Feb 8, 2008 when we called to order the rims chris told us to go to a western union to wire the money to a Mr. Jerardo Maddrigan. We paid 350.00 there at Thirty Liquor so on Feb.28 2008 our rims arrived what we thought were our rim and tires. We had to pay 692.00 when we went to go pick them up from ups. I attempted to purchase a prepaid cell phone from Radio Shack. I was told I had to show the clerk my ID to enter my information for the cell phone. I reminded the clerk it was pre paid and I didn't want my information placed into his computer, which he said was for the phone. I told him no and he said I could not purchase the phone (even though I was paying with a credit card) the clerk then went on to tell me it was California law to show ID for all pre paid cell phone purchases. I had a collection on my credit report from Unifund. It appears that Unifund purchased a Providian Credit Card account that was charged off in 2002. I was served by the Sheriff with a Notice of Right To Have Exemptions Designated. The form says Unifund filed a judgment against me in May of 2006. Maytag washer under warranty. Transmission needed to be replaced. 6 parts need to be ordered, took appr. 2 mths for them to come in. service required 2 tech. They claimed there wasn't 2 techs avail. On Saturdays, which was the only day i can have someone home. They canceled me 5 times already. The last time they suggested i take the washer, which is now apart, and leave it outside so when there is 2 tech avail. during the week they can fix it outside!! I have never had such crappy service and will never go to sears again!! Any suggestions since i have been trying to get my washer fixed for 3 months now! read full review »

I stupidly ordered the Wu-Yi Tea "trial, " then immediately canceled it. While Wu-Yi did refund the amount of $4.95 I paid for the trial, then earlier this week, I noticed that a charge of $19.95 came through my bank account for IW/LIVING LEAN. I called the number Thursday (866-396-5711) and asked for a refund and cancellation of the program. I was given a confirmation number and told that my refund will go through in 3-5 business days, but I am not sure that they will refund my money. I am calling the card services department for my card to see if they can block any further charges from these fools. read full review »

I have been a long time shopper to Safeway stores in Chico, California. I have earned mileage points and gas points. I recently found out ALL my accumulated points of 10 cents a gallon a gas was reduced to 3 cents. This information was NEVER verbally told to me! In a recent call 4-11-08 to manager Frank at the Mangrove Safeway he told me that all checkers were to inform patrons... this NEVER happened! I earned those dollars and I am entitled to the what I earned. Unless you give me reason to ever shop at any Safeway store again I am done... I believe that this company has possible dishonest links to a reputable credit union falsely using the Verisign logo in conjunction with the credit union's font and logo to obtain funds for a certificate program in rebate processing for which they charge $197.00. I've heard some of these 'independent' credit card processors can be slimy BUT this company takes the cake! THEY Charged a DEAD MAN's account & wouldn't reimburse the nominal fee!! This after i put in writing, etc. & they never got to me so i had to call back. They also saw no credit card activity AND knowing the man who owned the company passed away. Stick to using a certified BANK, not third parties to process credit cards. A bank reimburses quickly to maintain good faith AND good business practices and are regulated better than people running a 'business' out of an 'apartment suite'. read full review »
