Overpriced for a complex that offers very few amenities and several imconveniences. Fitness center is only open from 9 am to 6 pm. Parking lot is neither plowed nor salted during the winter. I bought a Sleep Number bed 4 yrs ago (the dual control type). I noticed I started waking up with terrible back pain and it took me a while to realize it was the bed and that even at the highest air level of 100, it was in no way firm or supportive enough to support or conform to my spine. I have requested help four times concerning Popups and I keep getting advise that I have followed over and over without results. I am advised to enable the Popup Blocker and set it on high, which I do but I still have those annoying popups. Wildblue is a nightmare. We've upgraded the package for speed, but remain the same only to pay more money each month. Now Wildblue no longer supports Outlook even though they say they do. It's a lie. I've entered and re-entered the parameters to setup Outlook and nothing. I used to be a systems admin and I know it does not work. Outlook is easy to set up with any pop email account. Bank offers investing services through CUNA, however the investing representative left the position 8 months ago and we have yet to receive notification that there is no one in-house monitoring the accounts. An e-mail has been sent regarding the matter with no response for weeks. As a small and "late in years" investor a substantial amount of money was lost in in a 7-month time frame from a class A bond.
