I ordered a sample bottle of Colon Cleansing pills for $3.95 on 3-24-08. I charged it to my credit card. On 4-21-08 I received the sample in one package and a months supply in a second package. I purchased an oil change (with the assumption that I would get a $10 rebate). When I sent in the rebate with the sales receipt they wrote back and said they didn't get my sales receipt. The rebate form said to make a copy of the rebate form, which I did - but not the receipt - but the copied rebate form had a samll portion of my receipt copied on it (the bar code and #) since it was stapled to it. I bought a Fujitsu computer and everything was fine with it until I sent it in too servicing at a Fujitsu service center in Memphis, TN. From there it took me over a month to get my computer repaired and everytime I called I got a mix message and very bad service from staff. I was not given the option to escalate the call to a manager--only when I called the corporate office did it go to a manager and I still got a mix message on when my computer would be ready and never had the option to talk with the manager directly. I have a work comp claim through my employer that is ready to settle. In the last three weeks, I have been phoned a total of 9 times. On two occasions (week 2 and 3), I was phoned twice within one hour. A recording claims "I have a call for you" followed by a pause ; then a telemarketer tries to sell Verizon products. On April 2nd 2008 I ordered a tension spring from this compnay and paid with my visa. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter with an order number. On April 4th 2008, funds were withdrawn from my visa account. No other communication from the company to date. I've sent emails to the compnay requesting an order update with no response. Gentlemen: Prior to going to Shannon Airport in Ireland I bookred a car through Air Lingus. On arrival in Ireland, I rented a Hertz car at the airport.
