We bought a Sealy Posturpedic king size bed set from Haverty's and were told that there is a warranty. Before a year was up, the bed had a 1 inch sag. Haverty's sent out people to look at it. They said they couldn't warranty the bed until the sag was an inch and a half and that 1 1/2 inches is the industry standard for replacement. I bought Pc-antispyware online - while I was installing it on my computer - the system crash (window blue screen) - my laptop (windows vista) was barely 3months old. I went in for a color and highlight. I discussed whether to go lighter or not with the stylist and she persuaded me to go lighter. However, she just put on the dye and went about chatting and doing other things, forgetting about me. She came back once to check on it, and said it wasn't done yet. I did some AT&T plan purchase from Letstalk.com and they got me to a reward coupon of $10 from shopper’s discount. I don’t know why are they taking money out of my account. This company is really a big scam. Keep yourself away from them. I tried to call the number specified in the transaction but it was picked up by IVR system. My wife and her 2 sisters and brother stayed this past weekend at the Holiday Inn Express in Jacksonville, NC, which is close to the Marine Base there to meet our nephew return after his 2nd tour in Iraq. Even though the hotel was under renovations and would not have electricity at times throughout the weekend, they failed to notify people that had reservations, of that fact and insisted that they could not do anything about it except give them a small discount. They scammed my son and removed a few parts from his car and replaced them with older defective parts. They also tried to tell him the spark plugs were bad after he put new platinum plugs in the car - of course they didn't know he did his own tune-ups!! I called them to come out to open the door to my son's car, as he had left the keys in the ignition. They and everyone else I called quoted a price of approximately $80. They were late coming out, but did the job and when they charged my credit card, the amount was $239. They then agreed to fax me a receipt. Then they go ahead and charge my credit card, refusing to refund my money, then decide to ship my package almost 3 weeks later. This product by fisherprice is a mechanical Backyardigans Doll and has moving parts. On many occasions the moving wheels have pinched the skin of both my children.
