My friend responded to an ad on Swapalease for Ez Source Leasing to confirm the terms of a 36 month lease with specific payments and a down payment. When the lease arrived the terms were different, and the length of the lease was 63 months. She was told this was a 'flex' lease and when she wanted to investigate was told they would cancel her contract and keep her money. If you have had similar problems with Ez Source Leasing, I encourage you to contact the Costa Mesa Police Department and the Better Business Bureau. I have been a loyal paying customer to Washington Mutual Mastercard for over two years. I have been late once - two days - and have always been very careful with this account due to the great interest rate of 9.99%. After being with Accurint/Lexis Nexis for 6 years; they suddenly terminated our contractual agreement without cause. When I asked for a reason I was told that information was confidential. I explained to the representative I was President of the company and that our company was 100% compliant with the guidelines of their company. I initially made a phone call to request a tow of my vehicle (240sx) from a tow yard. After speaking with the representative I was under the belief that my 240sx can be towed from the tow yard to the residence. I have recently rec'd a bill for $24oo+ for an account paid off in 2004 (at a bit over $800). Has anyone else had such a serious issue with this company? The lawyer for the collection agency was very nice, told me that the buyer of the contract, Midland Credit Management Co., and was a debt brokerage. I know that Spiegel has been having financial problems... This appears to be a company selling paid accounts as collectible to gain income. Any info would be greatly appreciated. We have lived in this home for a total of 8 months. Recently on our return from Florida the toilet will not flush properly. A plunger is a must. Dealer has sold what appears to be previous wreck as a certified used vehicle and is avoiding all responsibility, won't honor their warranty and is won't make any of the promised repairs. I was having tires put on my car, and this other customer approached me asking if I wanted to buy something from her granddaughter's school for a fund raiser. I did, and wrote the woman a check. 2 months later it was cashed by the school and deposited into the PTO account. I used AAA movers on May 16th, 2008. It was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life. They were only moving 1 complete bedroom set 8 miles in distance. They promised us 27 transactions minimum or we'll get our money back. We did only 6 deals during the time we were in their coaching program. We did everything the coaches told us, which was more work than we ever did before, and we made less then we ever did before. We paid them 1, 000 dollars a month for a year.
