My husband and are going through the same horror story. Back in October of 2007 we place two orders that totaled up to more than $1, 000. I bought a Fastcard pre-paid atm card for my teen aged son. According to instructions, you transfer it over to a pre paid credit card. We followed the instructions, and waiting for a month for the new card. I gave them a call. That was a miracle to get to talk to someone live. Any way, I was informed that they couldn't change the card over! I couldn't believe that they hadn't contacted me. They did apologize and gave me instructions on how to obtain a refund. Beaudry or keystone manufacturer will not fix the structural damage done from too much water in fresh gallon water tank due to no overflow valve opened. We have had this toy hauler since Xmas and have had no problems, the manufacturer is responsible for this damage and will not fix it. Don't ever buy a keystone toy hauler, Beaudry RV are crooks! Sales ***, Service ***, and their reputation is nasty, awful. They should be put out of business. It has been my experience just now not to purchase the extended warranty from Sears when it comes to exercise equipment. We purchased a NordicTrack Audiostrider 990 on March 11, 2008. Comcast bought out the local cable company, Insight a few months ago. The first thing they did was raise everybody's rates. The return for increased prices was less cable channels and music stations. Broadband internet service quality went down, too. None of our equipment at home was changed, but the quality of picture on our channels was depreciated and our broadband internet drops out daily, sometimes for hours.
