I received my capsules for 4.77. I have been trying to reach them by phone and mail to no avail. They have taken 54.72 out of my account and I have not received anything else. I can not reach them to cancel again and again. They appear to be a total ripoff. I need to cancel. Please help me. I will have to change my account and go to the better business bureau. I set up autopay on a low interest balance tranfer loan to pay off my car at low itnerest. I set up Bank to Credit Card company payments at my bank Union Bank of CA. 15 payments rolled by without a problem then for some reason I was a day early. I have tried for a couple of months to set up an online payment account as I have with all of my other Chase accounts, but I get an error message each time and when I call circuit city I can never get a human being to talk to. So far the product does notwork, do not see or feel any signs of even inches lost. It has only been 14 days, but i should see something. I opened an account with Innovated Merchant two weeks before my business was up and running. this is the second phone i have recieved and it is experiencing the same problems as before only worse. The phone died Friday June 13, 2008. I was able to revive the phone but not back to its full use, there was merly a white screen that displayed the time and battery which is full. I removed the sim card and battery and put it in another phone which has the same make and model and everything worked fine. This company needs reported to the FBI, for fraud and Scamming people. I just did some research on them and they have over 300 complaints to the Better Business Bureau. The story is the company sends out the product (a trial teeth whitening and full kit) if you don't like it you send back the full kit. I noticed that my local Save Mart store plans to eliminate the Silk quart size. I am a Sr. citizen and have some arthritis in both hands. We deposited £1000 on the understanding that we tested the vehicle later as they could not take it off site.
