I rented a car in April 2008 for an 11 day vacation. On day 2 the break fluid light came on. When I called the company they graciously swapped it out for a van and I was off on my way. They towed my car from in front of my house claiming that my car was abandoned. The car is not I drive it every day my car is registered to the my home which is were the car was parked. I park my car in front of my house as do every body else on this block. the plates are up to date and every thing. I ordered Instyle magazine and was told by Alicia (owner) that it was ordered and should start receiving magazines in 6-12 weeks. I checked Instyle and they show no record of a subscription order for me. I have emailed Alicia 2-3 times with no response. It wasn't alot of money but the principle. This store and its owner not only added an extra charge (over $150!!!) to my card, which after the credit card company investigated decided was fraudulent and removed, but they tried to do the same thing (over $200!!!) to a friend who made another small purchase after me the day we were there! We called enterprise rental before our vacation and asked if they provided a one way rental service back to our hometown 5 hours away, since we were driving a car to drop off for a family member.
