We bought a new 2007 Siena Motorhome, within the first year it was in the shop 4 times, 2 times for leaking axle seals, 2 times for misfiring spark plugs due to not enough air flow in the spark plug area. 1st long trip we made with less than 7000 miles on the unit and 2 of the outside compartments literally melted from lack of firewall protection between catalytic converter and compartment back walls. This additional expenses will offset the savings and we believe that ICverify is taking full advantage of the monopoly they are in as they are holding us now hostage! I purchased 2 pair of 72 x 63 curtains imported by Park Designs at a local shop approximately 18 months ago for $29.95 each. I washed them for the first time carefully following the label instructions which said "machine wash, cool, delicate cycle, line dry". They washed well, but shrunk six full inches in length. I am new to building and tried working with this company on panellizing my house. It all sounded nice, they even got a bank to setup a loan with no 10% down through them. But, after months of no progress on a house plan from scratch, $1000 down to start, and $7000 to end business with them, they did pretty much nothing. Do not use Landmark. Be warned, don't order from pond-o-main.com. They don't respond to inquires, they ship items with no packing list and charge you for entire order even when order is incomplete. Calls to their phone number, which is not published on the site, result in "mailbox full" message. We made a purchase of a complete King Enlivenment ET w/Perfect Day Boxsprings in the amount of over 2K and within 7 months the springs had sprung. I made phone calls starting in Oct. and was told that they did not know when they could get someone to check it out. Awful experience. I was dropped off after my car being towed since it wouldn't start The minute I walked in, the man at the desk was unkind and uninterested. He let me know after doing a check that I needed a new battery and a new serpentine belt. The new battery would cost $90 plus $50 for labor to install it. WOW that's a RIP OFF. Today 7/14/08 I stupidly ordered the "free" cd to make money with Google and only pay $2.29. I soon discovered on your site that it is a scam and will charge other charges. I immediatley called the toll free number above to cancel the whole order. I got a text message from Grands (Malta Real Estate) telling me I had to leave my apartment as I had not renewed my contract. They hadn't let me know that my contract was up for renewal and so I was unaware that I needed to renew. When I approached them they said it was not their business to let me know I was up for renewal even though they had sent me a reminder the same time the year before. Loehmanns recently offered $10 coupon for any purchase. Many people went to their local Loehmanns store and posted that they used their coupons on clearance items. When I went to Loehmanns store near my area, a casher told me that their staff had a meeting and decided to not accept the coupon for clearance items even if the coupon says it is $10 off all the purchase.
