Well, this happened over 3 yrs ago, but I found out about this forum this morning...hence reporting this! I joined 24 hr fitness about 3 years ago, and I paid them $500 for a set of 10 sessions with a personal trainer. We have purchased a dryer at NE Appliances. My husband had picked it up and installed at our new home. The next day I've learnt that we were given the wrong unit, cheaper and with fewer futures. We contacted the store to make an exchange and we were told they can only do it if we, ourselves, bring the wrong unit back. My husband's working hours overlap store hours and we did not get a chance to tbring the dryer back. Matt Hoosier, owner of A to Z Roofing started a job on my roof by ripping the tile off and was going to put a new roof on. I paid him $10, 000 and he stopped working. It has been over 5 months since I gave him money and still I have no roof and had to hire another company to finish the job. Matt's company has bounced checks on me as well. I sent this bank money for a virtual MasterCard. The card stop working a week after I received it. I contacted customer service who did nothing for me. I then wrote an email to the senior manager of the bank Marco Deferrari on October 4 2007 and received this reply: "Dear Sirs, I am aware of this problem, we are not sure what is happening it looks like your money has been charged to the card, but you are not able to spend I will contact issiung banks asp to clarufy sitution Never received any information back. I have a service contract with Whirlpool that expires in 2011. On July 15, after a long waiting period to get service, I was told the part for the dishwasher would be delivered to my door by UPS in 3-5 days and I was to call A& E Factory Services so that the service man could come back and install the part. I purchased four LED signs for my store at a total price of just under $1000 Out of the four, two are defective. I contacted customer support by email and was given the run around. In the end they told me to return the signs to them and they will send to their warehouse. However, they wanted me to pay for the shipping and reshipping costs. Beware of this organization. I just returned from a 3 day cruise to the Bahamas on board the Norwegian Cruise Line's Sky ship. The vacation was a nightmare from the time we got on board. 1. I have applied for ICICI Dmat account. Past 5months and I am yet to receive the service. Almost every weekend I visit the icici center only to get false promises by their employees. The heights: They kept my form with them for four months and my cheque validity expired and I have to re-sign my cheque with the current date. I was looking online for Legal Aid. This company contacted me after I filled out a form detailing the nature of my legal issue. They represented that they could assist me when in fact my legal issue was a criminal matter and not in their domain. They strung me along, took $89 for a review fee, then they said it was a filing fee but they filed nothing. Then they said they had acquired documentation to verify my complaint but I actually faxed these documents to them. They did nothing for me for a week which put me in contempt of court. I took two tommy bahama items to be cleaned. Upon picking them up and getting them home, i noticed that the dye on one dress had run all over the garment. The other garment, a two piece suit, had scorch marks on it, obviously burned in the pressing. I called to discuss and they blamed it on the manufacturer, although i had had these two items dry cleaned other times with no problems. Glasses are backed by a 1 year warranty. These Chinese made 300 USD sunglasses broke. However sending them in to get repaired, results in no response, no phone calls back, long hold times on the phone without ever getting connected. My limit was 30 minutes. The service is a total loss we have had service with them for two long years and have being fighting them about the bad service Constant dropped calls static can not receive calls and we do not get the voice mail for hours later. Back in June 2007, we bought our new home. We ordered a full bedroom, dining room, and living room sets in March 2007 The salesman was very nice and made promises that just weren't kept. Do not go to stylist named Kat. She put red highlights in my hair that faded to orange in less than 24 hours. Went back and was told this was normal. If I had been advised that the colour would leave my hair that quickly then I wouldn't have had it done. Great haircut but sorry overpriced hair colour. We ordered a large amount of furniture at the end of February/beginning of March 2008. We still do not have all of our furniture in good condition; now at the end of July.
