I have been taking my car to this gas station for 5 years, rarely in the past I have been forced to get gas from other stations. Lately, since the 'gas crisis' has hit, this is the ONLY station I have taken my car to. I hired Ms. McGuinness to take care of a child custody matter. Before she even completed my court paperwork, she decides to take a vacation without informing me. She knew my case was on a tight deadline and after numerous calls and faxes to her office, she completely neglected my case without a back-up attorney to assist in my matter. bought all in one printer on 7/12/07. Had problems with paper jams. Last jam appears to have been cleared, opened every door, cover, etc. following hp's website directions. Called for tech support, woman told me that it is a hardware problem, and that warranty is expired. As we have noticed in other reports about this company it does NOT provide ANY service after the sale. We also experienced the very long call wait times. They FAILED to ship all the items purchased. And after 4 calls and 4 claims they would ship the missing items they have NOT shipped ANY items yet. It has been over 2 1/2 months since the initial shippment arrived without all the items purchased. I signed up for ONE year service for Shared Hosting. I paid one time fee using my credit card. After one year, I was surprised to get an invoice saying I owed HostNine money. I quickly responded that I didn't renewal the domain name and I don't need the web hosting service. Someone calling to "verify the name and address" for a listing in a directory, which was followed by an invoice for $410.95. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the bill. Afraid it would hurt our credit, we paid up. I wrote the check in April 2008 and it was cashed in July 2008. I do have to say that I DID receive a CD with the company name & address and am sure it will never be seen by any of our clients...or anyone else either! I joined Cheaptrips and attempted to use my temporary ID and password to book a flight. It would not work. I tried to call them 3X and couldn't get through. I ended up booking the flight on my own. Then I attempted to use them again. Through them the flight for a companion and me would be $2000, on my own I got the flight for $800 for both of us. This is reference to the Federal Way, WA Community Center and the way they conduct the lap swim activity in the lap pool.
