We purchased this vehicle and immediately had mechanical problems. We attempted to return the vehicle the next day due to problems but were unsuccessful. We would have picked our 2nd choice if they would have allowed us to. We were told by the salesman that it was "Certified". It was not and we have had to return the vehicle several times for repairs. I have had ongoing problems with Peachtree. Sage won't support a two year old version of its product that doesn't run on Vista (another big complaint). We had to reload after our system crashed and now they think we have multi users. They won't help without a very substantial support fee. I bought an IFB microwave oven that stopped functioning well within warranty. IFB did not respond till the end of warranty; every time we complained, only to have a number, and to realize later that their support desk closed the ticket without even attending the problem, with a comment that the problem was resolved!! I have never seen such a fake service support for any product from any company I have so far. It is currently lying as a junk and I am currently using another one from a different company without problem. I went to home usa warehouse on jan. 15, 2008 and paid 100 dollars to put a mattress and box spring on layaway and went back on feb 1 08 and they told me they where liquidating. We stopped at your Burger King in Westfield Ma. The parking lot was full of trash scattered about. The foyer was super disgusting. I took my car into Savannah tire to get my brakes done. Because I am a woman, the salesman immediately saw dollar signs. I ended up paying over $700 to replace my front and rear brakes and new front rotors. I don't mind paying for quality work but this wasn't the case. Received with broken cases due to falulty packaging. Tested first 6 CD of 32 CD set and found these all falulty. Company said they will replace individual falulty CDs and asked that I review all CDs and all 150 hours of shows on the CDs. I asked for a full refund becaue the set is faulty. Company email said that I can take 6 to 9 months to review the CDs. I think that the company is waiting for the five day refund period to expire. Adam Internet provider advertises one of their products called NAKED ADAM by showing a overweight and dirty looking naked man. His private part obscured by a phone. This is showing in daytime and night time when the kids are watching tv. It seems very in appropriate. I am very appalled by this ad in particular when shown during my breakfast and dinner times.
