Starting on or around 3/1/08 our DSL service went out due to Nationwide Internet system issues (which they do not deny). Over the next 10 days, they did not respond to any of my multiple phone calls/messages or any of my multiple e-mails (which they do not deny), forcing us to find another ISP. Buyer Beware on purchasing a home with this builder (Bill Lalagos, Casey Leonhardt and Rick Leonhardt) have lied with repairs, on water issues, have not owned up to contractual obligations. My husband and I bought a house through John L Scott, our realtor was Steve Mills. The floor in our kitchen if wood flooring and prior to us sighning the dish washer flooded and now the floor is buckleing and they say it happened after we sighned. Our insurance company sent out an enginier and he said the water damage was there long before we even looked at the house, the mold under the dish washer can not grow with in minutes of a flood. I was taking my dog to PetsMart PetHotel in East Hanover, NJ and my dog was vaccinated with Bortadella four months prior. During one of their many kennel cough outbreaks, with the vaccination four months prior, he got kennel cough. I called and made a complaint to the corporate office, the call center agent was very nice. I explained finding the fly caused me to vomit, etc... We were phoned and offered printer cartridges that would last 8 to 9 months. I disputed this fact but they gauranteed that they would replace if a cartridge did not last this long. I installed a cartridge from them on 12/07/2008 and had to replace it on 26/07/2008 - lasting only 2 weeks. All the telephone numbers listed stay ingaged. I sent a fax which was responded to because they thought I wanted to buy more cartridges.
