Had a scheduled appt and called 6 days prior and left a message to cancel the appt. Well, I later got a 40.00 bill because they say I didn't call to cancel. Officer Mgr gave me this balony about not being able to depend on answering machines because they didn't always work?? Someone there made a mistake in not canceling my appt in their system. I was conned by a person posing as a flat owner into paying 3months rent and depoist via moneygram into a friends name to show that I am capable of paying him the rest. I was then asked for the details to cross check the transfer. He then withdrew the money somehow which I got to know just this morning. I have contacted the police, and moneygram and nothing seems to be working. I am trying to find some independent authorities and regulating agencies that can complaint against moneygram's inefficient system. I would be grateful if given any leads and any unseful information. Pure bait and switch, misleading tactics. I paid 3500 for 10 wk vacation package. Was told all-inclusive fees were usually optional at many resorts, not true. Also can never get booked in many resorts, inventory availability problems. the fact is that I can always find a better deal doing the non vacation club route. Over a year ago I made an agreement with a company called EAS (Expungement Assistance Services) to have an arrest from when I was 19 years old, expunged from my record. EAS charged my $500 up front to start the process. I paid extra to get the process completed more quickly. I was told that the Rapid process would take a few months. I purchased my 2008 Hayabusa from the Pete's Cycle in Severna Park. What a mistake ! Their service department is horrible twice they have refused to fix warranty issues that I had to fix myself. I got a safety recall from Suzuki for the ignition wire. They told me I had to drop the bike for 48hr for a 5 minute inspection and then if it needs to be fixed another 3-5 days. I purchased a BMW from Tom Bush with a CPO for 100, 000 miles. At the time of purchase it was clearly mentioned to me that the CPO covers "bumper-to-bumper" except for tires, batteries and lights. I am extremely disappointed in registering my domain name to Mondenet. I requested contact information changes and apparently there's a $10 service charge for such request. I wasn't aware of any of the charges since it's not even featured in the website. I don't mind paying the $10, but where is the business ethics?
