Worst company I have ever rented from. I was told that I was going to get my apartment in July and the move-in date kept being pushed back further and further! At first the reasonings were acceptable (replacing carpet, cleaning, etc.) but now they are trying to claim that it is going to take them another two weeks, maybe longer, to clean carpets! Airtran is the worst airline to deal with. The worst Customer Service. They have affordable flights but once you purchase they hit you with a bunch of fees or the service is the worst. I say this because I have used the airline on 3 occasion. The first time they were behind schedule and there was a delay of more than 6 hrs. I've been living in these apartments for several years. Slowly the landlord has taken away lots of things that were included when I first moved in. Things like the laundry facility, swimming pool, and went up on rent which is normal. But if you're taking away things why raise rent. This neighborhood in known for vandalism, car theft/break-ins, and house break--ins. Also, there is no playgrounds or facility for kids to playin, so they use your apartments doors, basement, and buildings for play. Also, basements are open to community, so you have no privacy. MY ADVISE IS "NEVER USE EUROPCAR HIRE" !! I prebooked a car several months in advance at a cost of 302 euro's including damage waiver. July 31, 2008. Last June 30th, we flew with American Airlines to Europe. I believe it is only fair you know what we went through. In continuation to my complaint, I was informed that it is not a scam and that I would be responsible for all costs involved in order to receive the award and prize cheque. The cheque was issued by Lloyds Bank of London according to Dennis Coker.
