This place couldn't set a time to install the drive and took over a month. Then when they do the drive they messed it up by putting in the wrong culvert pipe 24ft, not the 26ft as agreed to. We had agreed to a diagram of what exactly was to be done, none of it was done correctly. They were very rude and said they would only accept payment when work was done correctly. Tata AIG people have issued mediclaim policices for my parents.Payment has been made it through a credit card. They have taken 3 policy amount(20, 111) and issued only 2 policy of my parents name. Upon arriving to pick up my car that Cal-Alta was replacing the windshield on I noticed that there was damage to the rear bumper that was not there when I left it with them a few hours earlier. We have received calls for about a year claiming we are someone who owes the magazine money. We do not even have the same name as they are looking for, they swear, call us names and refuse to give their phone number or connect to a supervisor. It has to be a scam. We do not and have never owed money to a magazine firm nor do we have the right name and they threaten us each time with legal action. We could probably sue since we know we are not who they are looking for but you can't get any phone number or names or any info from the caller. When you keep asking they hang up. read full review »

The phone has a base station and two extensions. While under warranty, the base station readout area went blank which makes it impossible to program, etc. GE was nice enough to say they would take it back and fix it and it would take 6-8 weeks. SINCE IT WAS THE BASE STATION THAT MEANS I HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE FOR 6-8 WEEKS. After speaking with a Supervisor and getting nowhere, I offered to PAY FOR a new phone, send them mine and then they could refund the charge. NOT PROCEDURE THEY SAID. Let me start off by saying this monitor was never abused, I take very good care of my stuff.
