This place couldn't set a time to install the drive and took over a month. Then when they do the drive they messed it up by putting in the wrong culvert pipe 24ft, not the 26ft as agreed to. Tata AIG people have issued mediclaim policices for my parents.Payment has been made it through a credit card. They have taken 3 policy amount(20, 111) and issued only 2 policy of my parents name. Upon arriving to pick up my car that Cal-Alta was replacing the windshield on I noticed that there was damage to the rear bumper that was not there when I left it with them a few hours earlier. We have received calls for about a year claiming we are someone who owes the magazine money. We do not even have the same name as they are looking for, they swear, call us names and refuse to give their phone number or connect to a supervisor. It has to be a scam. We do not and have never owed money to a magazine firm nor do we have the right name and they threaten us each time with legal action. The phone has a base station and two extensions. While under warranty, the base station readout area went blank which makes it impossible to program, etc. GE was nice enough to say they would take it back and fix it and it would take 6-8 weeks. SINCE IT WAS THE BASE STATION THAT MEANS I HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE FOR 6-8 WEEKS. After speaking with a Supervisor and getting nowhere, I offered to PAY FOR a new phone, send them mine and then they could refund the charge. NOT PROCEDURE THEY SAID. Worst company I have ever rented from. I was told that I was going to get my apartment in July and the move-in date kept being pushed back further and further! At first the reasonings were acceptable (replacing carpet, cleaning, etc.) but now they are trying to claim that it is going to take them another two weeks, maybe longer, to clean carpets! Airtran is the worst airline to deal with. The worst Customer Service. They have affordable flights but once you purchase they hit you with a bunch of fees or the service is the worst. I say this because I have used the airline on 3 occasion. The first time they were behind schedule and there was a delay of more than 6 hrs. I took the Razoreye trial service for the 3 day free trial, and upgrade to Web Detective. I cancelled 3 days later. That was May 16, 2008. As of today I have been billed $38.83 in May, June, July!!!
