My friends and I enjoy going to Taco Tuesday nights...but the waitresses there are horrible. So is the manager. I have never seen such slow service. The waitresses are all ditzy. They get our orders wrong all the time, never bring us refills, and never check on us to see how we are doing. I bought a used car with low miles from a neighbor, who had purchased the car new. The car had every service performed at Quail Springs Goodyear since new, with documentation to prove it. I was verbally assaulted by a store employee when I entered with my service animal and refused to give them my name, address, phone, and disability in writing. I was further refused service and made to leave under threatening of police involvement. I'm still shaken by this and have been informed by the one who was yelling at me that this is store policy. My aunt who is very ill, was sold a hospitalization "membership" from CDBA. Although there are disclaimers in the paperwork stating that this is not a basic health insurance policy, the letter accompanying the membership cards says "You can start accessing your insrance benefits as of the effective date show on your ID card." This company is so indifferent regarding to their rebate policy. I have submitted two rebate forms, one has been denied due to not submitting "original or copy of the sales receipt" (I am 100% sure that I had sent it) and the other rebate form has processed but I didn't receive any checks. Despite having told Circle Glass to please hold it because I couldn't pick up very soon, they DISCARDED my glass tabletop without speaking to me(or, as I suspect, sold it-like the smaller tabletop just like it there for $200). First, the Sales Guy in Major Appliances was excellent and handled this to the best of his ability, as with two managers within the store. Order placed on Boxing Day 2007, first thing in the morning. I bought toyota camry from this dealership. it was a used car with no warranty - but what they did was just sell the car to me after a car wash it seems. Because the car had engine light on within 3 weeks and I got to know that the dealership already knew about that as the error code waw written at the top of the engine. Also, the provider should also reported - how can they let an external billing charge be included in their bill unless they have are in collusion with these company? I went to them to have my computer memory replaced and upgraded. The technician was rude. He also smelled like alcolo. He wanted to take advantage of me: he thought I did not know anything about computers, so he replaced my memory with low grade one.
