On top of it they keep charging us late charges for the same and harrass us by calling us at all odd times and days to pay up!. I recently stumbled upon one of Amie's complaints. I read it objectively and sent her a response via email. After doing so, I decided to take a look at Amie's complaint posts. I literally started laughing so hard that I spilled my water onto my mouse and had to go grab my wireless mouse. Sir I am a consumer of Indane LPG (No.19844) through MC. GAS AGENCIES, CHANDAKKUNNU, NILAMBUR, MALAPPURAM, KERALA. The agency takes more than 30 days to provide the delivery of refilled LPG cylinders. When make an enquiry to the Agency they will blame the Indane Company. This complaint starts with the normal issues like weeks to get to a repair or closing all 5 pools for weeks because one pool was vandalized. I would rate their response and concern for tenants happiness at about a 3.5 out of 10. Oh and just a warning, i went without any TV for 5 months because the maintenance men kept disconnecting the satellite equipment to roof (no cable tv offered) and the average electric bill for 800 sq.ft. is $250 (and thats with the thermostat at 80 degrees over 12 hours a day). I was operating my volkwagon jetta down the street from my house. Vehicle has 85000kms. Operating the vehicle on the last valid day of my 5 year powertrain warranty. Vehicle overheated. Beware: bills will be padded with repetetive charges. Repair hours inflated. I have a charge of $26.99 on my SPRINT cell phone bill from a CSW? Sprint says they do not know what CSW is. It is a 3rd party fee I have to pay. When I asked the representative " Sprint wants me to pay SPRINT for something they can not tell me what it is'? Living conditions were extremely unsanitary! A puppy chuhuahua looked bloated and looked like it was being choked to death by it's colar. There were two golden retreivers with urine soaked bedding, and fecies caked in clumps on their fur and in between their paws. The was a lab living with the same conditions. Not to mention that these poor puppies were to big for the glass box they were sleeping in. There was also a Rottwieller puppy that looked like it was starving. You could see her hip bones and spine.
