I bought the top of the line extended warranty that Pikes Peak Acura offers, but so far I had to pay $330.00 for faulty equipment. I paid a lot of money for ths warranty service, and I feel that the warranty should have covered these repairs. The website charged a subscription fee of $100 per year but began blocking my service provider IP numbers from access to the website, preventing me from viewing any content of newspaper articles in pdf format. Sent in the required paperwork. Said they never received it. When I called them, the guy was a real wise-guy to boot. Told me to fax them (long distance call) with copies of all the info. Please be advised that if you sign up for Time Warner "Price Lock" you are under contract for 2 years, and there is a cancellation fee. I have just spent an hour on the phone with "Ben" and was told that I entered the contract after verification from a third party. Since July, 2008, Rinehart Chrysler Dodge has not been able to fix my 2004 Crossfire that THEY sold me. The latest word from them is that a representative from Daimler Chrysler is flying in to see what can be done. They refused a loaner car without charge. Laurentel, Inc has billed me for a 800 number that I never ordered. They billed me a set-up fee last month. I called and asked what it was about and they said someone had ordered a personal 800 number for me. I told them I don't need an 800 number and to cancel it.
