Owner/Operator of franchise was rude when I asked him for a small strip of boxing tape. I tracked my shipment a week later to find that this UPS location held onto my shipment for 5 business days before finally shipping it out. This was a repair shipment with a RMA that had a limited time span (expiration). This franchised location jeopardized my transactions. Would never use this location again... On 8/27/08 I purchased two outdoor solar lamps for my lawn to shine on the American flag at nite. Also, they demand you drive extreme distances (Louisville, KY to Columbus, OH) on short notice to interview with them, and after the interview, they never called me one way or the other to let me know. My wife is type 1 diabetic. She has been fighting to keep her sugar under control for 5 years.Her doctor gave her a prescription for a insulin pump. My Jeep was would not start. I called Tuttle and had them tow the Jeep to their shop for repair. The first problem I had with them is that they treated my Jeep like a 4wd (which it was not, I had to correct the tow driver when he was hooking up my vehicle).
