Moped came with a defective part. Took 2 weeks to get an acknowledgment. Sent the defective part back and six weeks later the wrong part was delivered. It takes days to get anyone to answer the phone, the folks who do answer the phone have no clue about what has been ordered or what to do for repairs. For weeks after the order, we were told it would appear "next week." Canceled the order only to have the moped arrive the next day. I have tried many times to find this website to redeem my promised rebate. The first few times I tried, it caused a Virus Protection program to pop up which I still have not been able to get rid of. Every time I log on now, that stupid Ant-virus program pops up in three different locations, and sometimes I have to shut down to get rid of it. I don't understand how they can add money to your card or even give you multipul cards, issue account safe guards, ect. Almost anything besides allow you to E-mail a customer service representitive to answer your concerns. Atleast before a month has elapsed. No instead you have to write a letter and wait over two weeks to get a response. I used a atm and agreed to the three dollars sur-charge ahead of time, then on top of that they threw some two-dollars charge defined as a [BP]. Thats not right. read full review »
