Westinghouse Electronics/42 inch lcd hdtv

I purchased a 42in. LCD HDTV in March, 2008 from ecost.com. This was supposed to be a open-box tv. I received a refurbished tv. This tv did not work after I paid 869.06 including shipping charges. I had to pay another 75.00 to have the tv returned to Westinghouse. When I received the next tv in June, 2008 this one did not work either. Westinghouse paid to have the tv shipped back but I had to pay 12.00 to have the 80 pound tv picked up at my house. My wife took my son to Great Clips one day after his getting a back cut from the Asst Mangr. The Asst Mangr actually called my son a liar about him not wanting the bad hairstyle(it was a horrible chopped cut). The Manager then got involved and yelled at my wife and said they'd have to pay again and wait 45 min for the cut. We've gone there for 3 yrs. never again. I received a free trial email from Acai Berry Products, however just like anyone else --who wants to loose weight--I went for the free trial offer--paying for the shipping only. They took the $4.02 out of my account on 08/27/2008 and now took an additional $89.31 on 09/09/2008. Each time the name of the company came up different--celebrity fits--ip colon aid. I purchased the Indian Remy bulk human hair from perfectlocks, she claimed that the hair is real 100% indian remy human hair and she gets it from her factory in India. When my parcel arrived I looked at the hair and it looked ok until I applied in on my head. The hair started falling everywhere in my house, I had to wear a scarf when I cook that's how bad the hair was. The tangling was worst and I couldn't blowdry it or brush it. I was very much satisfied with the quality of that CD Player ( Model595 C) and 2 of my other purchased the same set after i had purchased from Naveen Electronic ( At Moradabad ). I purchased an HTC Touch Diamond. It has the usual heating problem but after 15 days of use it suddenly died down without any display on the LCD. I took it to the service Centre and they keept it for 4 weeks telling me that parts are expected from HTC. After 4 weeks they reported that the motherboard has some burnt parts and is not under warranty. They regard it as physical damage and not covered under warranty.

bought a cell phone from Wirefly they sold me cell phone insurance for $49.95. 11 months later my phone and wallet are stolen from my purse at a club, called T-Mobile they advised insurance not through them, called Wirefly after many attempts got a person who said insurance was through NCOA, they gave me a website, went online got a ph #, called got voice mail, left message no answer, next day called again left message, called wirefly they could not do anything for me. This seller sells extremely poor photocopies of do-it-yourself plans, pulled from old magazines. And this seller's customer service is unbelievably poor. They curse buyers and call them bad names.
