I took my car to Midas in Englewood, Ohio for a routine replacement of brake pads. I drive a Honda Civic with 56, 000 miles on it. I go to pick up the car the next day and the car will barely move. I purchased a vehicle at Galilee Auto Sales in Brandon Manitoba, with a deposit of $100.00 to hold the vehicle until my Insurance Claim cheque came in and they resold the vehicle for a higher price without my knowledge. Obviously, binding contracts do not mean a thing to this company. They lied and said that my husband called to cancel the agreement which is a total fabrication. I own two homes; both with in ground pools. In 2006 both pools turned green and no matter what American Craftsmen did, they could not clear the water. I ended up closing the pools early. In 2007 I changed companies and both pools cleared right up. My new company showed me where American Craftsmen had never performed the maintenance services I paid them for. The worst "company" ever. They dropped my car on the side of the road instead of delivering to the agreed place. They left keys inside and I only found out where my Lexus was after 1 day. I was to receive a delivery of an engine and other parts on the 25/09/2008. It was despatched on the 24/09/2008 for delivery on the 25/08/2008 marked express after waiting in all day I contacted T.N.T. on their help line and obtained the number of the local depot. I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother who is 94 years old. Avante is sending a third party, my mother, unauthorized bills for providing my sister nursing care. My wife got 2 gallons of milk and she missed on checking the 'sell by' date. The milk went bad while in refrigrator and when we saw the 'sell by' date, we were shocked to see it 7 days past! When I took the milk back to the store, the attendant was quick in telling back that either talk to the same person whom we got the milk from or maybe we got from some other place.
