I attempted to pay for my groceries today with a gift card for $50.00. The cost of the groceries was $57+. I swiped the card and the clerk asked for the card so he could enter it in on the pad for groceries. I had cash to pay for the remainder of the charge. Then he took the card into the closed door room behind the main booth and came back to say the gift card section of the computer was not working today. This was most inconvenient for me and I had to either leave my groceries or pay with a credit card which I did not want to do today. On September 8, 2009 I placed on online order for Norton Antivirus which was supposed to be downloaded on that date. I did not get confirmation or the download but did get my Visa charged $65.15 on September 8, 2008. I still need the Antivirus so will have to purchase it at a store. I contacted this importer of pet carrier about defective zippers on my pet carrier. I sent email that went unanswered, and then called them on the phone. I was told they would get back to me. I was never contacted about this defective product. Used one week on vacation I was unable to return it to retail store due to distance from my home address. New Jeans are falling apart, dut to poor quality fabric. I putchased 2 pair of Lee Mens Jeans made in Mexico coded with the # TZS-K489-031 and 08362439943 both pair in the $40 price range and they are tearing out belt loops, and holes apearing in middle of fabric after normal washing, and they are less than 1 month old. I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card bill. I had placed an order that was "free" with the exception of shipping and handling. I received a call to verify the shipping of my free sample of Ultra Lean Green Instant Green Tea Mix. They began to pitch renewal/products and I clearly and emphatically stated that I wanted the free sample only and verified that I would only be charge the shipping and handling, which was 4.95 and billed on my last months American Express bill. About a year ago, I was forced to re-finance my home, due to a divorce. I re-financed using ABN AMRO Mortgage who later sold my mortgage to CITI MORTGAGE.. Because of the market rates, my home appraised very low, causing my equity to be very low. My Sister and I saw Von's full page ad in the Union Tribune on Friday, Sept. 26th. Vons advertised products for our Jewish New Year on sale in their stores. This company and others like it are a ripoff. They make it impossible to complete the test, so you have to enroll into a class room in the long run. For someone who should know what they are talking about Robert Molina from the Defensive Driving call center is about as uninformed as they come. Simple questions confuse him and I found myself always repeating myself. Maybe a job taking fast food orders would be a better fit for Robert. This company put two fraudulent charges on my credit card. $79.99 and $69.99 both in the same month of August 2008. I have only ever purhased one item back in 2002 so they have kept my details and are now randomly charging not just my credit card but others too. At SanDisk's tech support person's suggestion I returned the Cruzer Micro2s to the store and asked the clerk at Office Depot to help me find ones that weren't "smart" so my network computer would work with them. My case is just like one I read on your website. I ordered a FREE Trial of PomClear, and paid a shipping charge of $1.95. My on-line receipt only indicated this. BUT a package arrived with 2 extra products, and a total charge of $41.85. (The two products were Hoodiburst Gum, and HoodiaWater 1 unit. Interestingly, they paid $2.54 for shipping, more than I had been charged, so clearly these were extras. My shipping charges were still shown as $1.95 on the invoice that came with the package. Skylink is the installer in my area for Direct TV. They provided me with the worst possible consumer experience I've ever had. It tops the list for horrible service. They were scheduled to install the service on a Wednesday, but did not call or show. I called several times (since I took time off to be there), and only received a voicemail. I did not get a call back. I kept calling and was able to schedule a second install date. They did not show or call to install AGAIN. On 9/27/08, less than 30 days of the purchase(9/6/2008), I try to return the microwave because the door did not open correctly and the defrost button did not work either. The costumer services representative Adrian Nazarett verified my complaint and told that they will give me a new one.
