I had deposited a check for only $1, 000.00 into my account and BofA held the check for 14days. they ripped me off so bad, I had so many little checks bouncing for amounts such as $8.00 and $12.00 for my childs school lunch, I was charged so many overdraft fees and Bof A said they could not do anything about it. I attempted to call the number on 9/24 but was not able to get past an automated voice saying that the telephone company had trouble connecting the call. I purchased a chihuahua from Dalene Gee of djchihuahua.com. The dog died not 3 days later due to Parvo. I tried to contact the owner Dalene Gee and was told "too bad that's the chance you take." This is the most outrageous experience I have been through with a dog breeder. I recently found a charge from DRI Surplus Supplier on my bank account for 29.95. After contacting my bank, I found they had charged me this same amount for the past 4 months. I have no idea what this company is! I never authorized these charges on my account. Now, I am having to cancel my account, all cards etc. and I am still not sure if I will get the full amount they took credited back to me. Someone needs to do something about this company. Pulled into dealerhip riding an old BMW Motorcycle with a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. Two Mechanics standing around. Was told that they could not fix a leak in my front tire because the bike was not a Harley. Despite offering to pull off the front wheel myself (a 5 min. job) the offered no assistance. Rent-A-Wreck - our worst car rental experience! We do not own a car by choice and have been renting cars from various companies over the last 10 years and have never experienced this low level of customer service before. It happen to me as a business owner. They call me at the end of contract and asked me to renewal for another 4 yrs to lock in the rate at 14.9c/kw. The agent told me everything else will be the same. I have a, suppose to be a pure breed Shih tzu. However, when I picked him up that the airport we knew he didn't look like one. I knew his coat would be different they had told me that. The man that owns this business is as dishonest as they come. One of his drivers backed into me on labor day weekend and Mr. white filed with his insurance company. Insurance contacted me, gave me an estimate on the damage. After I took it to Reliance ford in La Porte Tx, had it repaired, I found out the driver of the truck changed his story when the insurance adjuster called him. I was in the Vegas area and since they have many car dealerships around thought I would look. I found a great car and was pretty excited. My first car. This was overshadowed by the fact that once I left I realized that my contract was for $1000.00 more than it was to be. I had a blow out on the freeway. Tanglewood Resorts in Hawley, PA. I traded a 2 bedroom 2 bath timeshare ocean front in Hilton Head, SC for what was to be a similar one (less the ocean of course) in the Pocono Mtns. What I got was a shack 8 miles from the main resort that was dirty, mold in the showers, the tv control didn't work, dead bugs in the bed, thread bare carpet, and had to park 100 yards away from the shack and carry everything to the shack from the parking lot. Had to drive back to the main resort each time to play tennis, swim in the pool, use the exercise facilities, use the hot tub, or use the health club. read full review »

National Water and Power is one of the most unorganized companies I have ever dealt with. First off they don’t even offer ACH payments, (neither does Capital One). So every month I have to go online and pay my bill. This would not matter however logging into my account takes about fifteen minutes because the website can not always read the data (user name and password) you input. I went in for a haircut, and not only did they do exactly what I didn't want, but they charged extra for a service I didn't ask for. I had no idea I would be charged an extra $20.00 for the stylist to use a "flat iron" on my hair after blowdrying. The thing that really irritates me, is that she didn't even have a flat iron... she used a standard curling iron to straighten out a few pieces.. not my whole head! I'm from Trinidad (3rd world country) and I bought a Hoover hard floor machine at VCDiscounter, online, last November 2007, for $119.00 which turned out to be defective after I used it twice. I, Gary Koekoek, accidentally overpaid my membership, and after I talked to a supervisor, it was agreed that he would give me a refund in the form of a $100 gas card. To get hold of a supervisor is next to impossible. This settlement was made on August 11, 2008. The supervisor told me that it will take 7 - 10 days to receive said card. It is now almost October. Every time I call this company, the person answering the phone tells me that the card is on its way. I have not received the card yet.
